These are all very interesting, love the work that went into them. I was working on a similar theme just on the side, for myself, so I particularly loved seeing where you zigged where I zagged (for example, your Massive Runeblade take on Vi, vs my take which was essentially a one turn, 6 ATK Icehowl + Divine Shield)
And, in answer to your hypothetical, think you hit the nail with Teemo; low enough damage that it's not actually that strong, but still very annoying to have to work around.
When/if you get to Tahm Kench, my personal favourite of the villainous champions, which aspect of his do you think would be the most interesting to work with as a Hearthstone card: Devour, Thick Skin, or his Faustian bargains?
