So im just here to ask one thing, is sylvanas good in dragon priest or is she a bit to slow? I really like sylvanas and I think she could help the deck play out more consistently, instead of the loatheb im currently using (and giving the deck another 6 drop, because tempo you know). What do you guys think? Here is my current list attached.

Golden Warlock and some couple 100 wins on Shaman and Priest.
Favorite deck? The Old Handlock, Dragon/N'Zoth Priest, and Renolock.
Well Loatheb seems out of place in the deck imho. You don't really need it, and it is a 5 drop which you have a lot already. Sylvanas would work or another Cabal. But if you face a lot of aggro - well Dragon Priest is pretty good against them - you could even consider Shadow Madness.
You can put the 2 Dark Cultist if you don't have the valkyrs. There is little difference. The point is that people most of the time gets around the Cultist deathrattle, so I find the instant value of Shielding a Valkyr a bit more useful.
Mass Dispel is a silence that usually can debuff more than one minion and also cantrips. I find it useful many times, though it may probably be less useful once GP nerf enters the game. Patron many times flood the board when you haven't had the time to draw a Lightbomb and your nova doesn't stand up to the challenge of clear a board of self-multiplying patrons.
I actually kinda like the idea of Sylvanas in control priest. The deck does fine against speedier decks anyways and struggles more against slower decks with high threat density that can take and hold the board late game. Sylvanas is second to none in enabling fantastic swing turns and really helps what I feel is a weaker area if the deck (recovering late from a losing board). I wouldn't take out Blackwing Corrupter though as he's simply too important in setting up board control. Perhaps take out one Holy Nova instead?
I wouldn't outright say she's way to slow for dragon priest, but so far the experiment has been mediocre at best. I'm yet to get value out of her, probably going to but in Chromaggus instead, or what would you guys think about a Volcanic Drake? I'm currently considering the potential of using one since it synergises with LBomb.

If you're going to include Lightbane and Darkbane then may I suggest a sleeper pick that has worked out well for me? Toshley suppies at least one if not two Spare Parts. In fact I won my last game with Dragon Priest by returning Darkbane to my hand. And it's a reasonably solid body to boot.
I also include one Volcanic Drake. Sometime it can be played with a remarkably cheap price after a Holy Nova or Lightbomb and meanwhile it's a Dragon in your hand for other cards.
And yes, now that Patron decks are going away I might give up on Mass Dispel. Although I have definitely won games thanks to that card I have also sometimes just cycled it to draw another card. I guess it depends on the decks you seem to face most.

I don't run her in my current Dragon Priest, but if you are finding a lot of control matchups in your meta, it may be a nice sideboard option.
Maybe take out one of the Blackwing Corruptor.
Greatness, at any cost.
Sylvannas, in general, is too slow for the meta.
She is well on her way to become Cairne 2.0.

Justicar fits in much better in dragon priest.
Aren't Eydis Darkbane and Fjola Lightbane a bit gimmicky? Also when is Mass Dispel useful?

I'm using loatheb because I dont have another Cabal or Vol'jin, but I think ill try swapping in sylvanas and we'll see how things go from there.

Pretty much this.
Way too slow in dragon priest.
