I'm a huge fan of the changes to Priest in the latest update. The new AoO cards look nice as well however I'm worried we lack a "BIG" direct heal. We have 2x 1 Mana Heal for 3 spells. Yes we have some lifesteal and Sandhoof but is this enough for a Control style deck.
Here is a deck that I have brewed for control priest--I think that the combination heals is pretty decent--Reliquary of Souls, Dragonmaw Sentinel, and anything I put Apotheosis on (if you put it on Chronobreaker and then trade in, you can heal for a stupid amount against a wide board) have lifesteal and Sandhoof Waterbearer, Penance, Renew and Khartut Defender provide direct healing (17 minimum). If you can complete the quest and start healing your Reliquary Prime for 3 while buffing it by +3/+3 each turn, that is a TON of healing that a lot of decks will have a seriously hard time dealing with (e.g. how does a Demon Hunter kill that without decimating their board and healing you back to full?).
Priest's problem isn't not having a big 'do nothing but heal' card, it's a general lack of synergy and class focus outside of the rez priest deck which is about to lose its best card: Cloning Gallery.
Priest is going to get two good common heals and two excellent defensive 1 drops in AoO plus the recently reduced cost removal and great new Ruin clear means control priests are going to be taking less damage in general but none of it will be enough if Priest as a class still can't assemble a coherent winning strategy beyond 'revive Convincing Infiltrator and Kartut' until the other guy quits or runs out of cards.

I feel like the highlander deck may lack consistency, leaning towards a dragon package as you can get those spells out with Cleric. Wondering if Galakrond package will work better as a win condition.
Chronobreaker does become an interesting card now as if its left on board can be buffed with some crazy outcomes.
The OP was about heals, which this deck focuses on--the Galakrond/dragon package has some of the same control tools, but it focuses on tempo rather than healing. You are correct that consistency may be an issue with this deck and I have also created a deck with Galakrond and the dragon package. What do you think? My concern is that it will be more consistent, but too heavy in a fast meta where Demon Hunters are bursting us down.
They want Priest to big minion, have it stick for a turn then give it lifesteal to heal. What they don't realise that Priest sticking a minion is almost impossible in a meta where every other minion (except Priest ones) has rush.

Think Smite and Penance are going to be must have in an aggro meta. How to heal against a DH when you cant stick a minion is going to be an issue. Perhaps Galakrond takes too many cards up in a deck, You have to run what 6 ? all up incl Kronxx. Thats too many slots for the end game win condition being Galakrond. Would be better dedicating one slot to Elysiana.

Nice looking deck and some great points.

A third potential build is a very grindy version of the Resurrection Priest. I REALLY hope that this deck doesn't make a large place in the meta.
