I've used the quest sharing thread several times now to successfully trade quests with other HearthPwn users.
However, every time I use the thread, I notice a few familiar blacklisted battletags using new Hearthpwn accounts to advertise, presumably returning to steal more quests off people. There must be some of us still falling for this trick, otherwise these "scammers" wouldn't keep coming back for more.
The blacklist itself is great, but I wonder if anyone has any ideas on how to protect the community further from cheats.
Not sure if the forum is set up for this, but it would be super cool if we could use a profanity filter or something to prevent known blacklisted battletags from being posted in the thread - thereby preventing the idiots from offering their services (at least on their main hearthstone accounts).
We're thinking about some solutions. We have banned hundreds of people and sometimes even IP's but it does not solve the issue completely unfortunately.
To be honest, this thread has caused so much frustration and trouble for us. Mostly because a lot of people simply just can't seem to read. A LOT of people still make reports about being scammed by people that have been on the blacklist for a long time.
Ya'll should be glad Chimera is willing to put so much effort into it and to keep the blacklist up-to-date or we would have stopped offering this thread a long time ago.
That said, i'm closing this thread as it won't really help the situation and will only turn into a spiral of negativity and flaming eventually.

Anyone else have ideas?
Just make it so they challenge you, and then you challenge them, that way you both know if you have the quest, problem solved.
Just got scammed indeed. It was my first time, so I didn't even know there was a blacklist. The one who scammed me was in the list.
Well... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
doesn't the person wanting to trade with you have to go first, not just show that they have it?
