I’ve made a hand buff paladin deck but am having trouble deciding whether I should have Prince Keleseth in or Grimstreet outfitter. Here is the deck list: Any feedback to make this deck better is appreciated.

I didn't spend too much time checking out the list, but I generally prefer grimestreet in handbuff paladin. It's more consistent; I've generally found Keleseth to be pretty crappy if you don't draw it in the first few turns. And you should replace mogu'shan or thrallmar. You have a few suboptimal cards in that list, but I'd say those are the worst.
People are mixed on this. If it's wild, Brann + Outfitter is nice, and Hydrologist is a great card, and it depends on your elemental package and stuff. Both are good choices.

Outfitter will be better and more reliable. There's a few odd minion choices (Djinn, Warden, Farseer, 3x 8mana Legendaries). Drop some or all for some of the following: Firefly, Echoing Ooze, Stonehill Defender, Corpsetaker, Spikeridge Steed. Those cards have better handbuff synergy and stronger early game that can last later into the match.
As a side note, I would remove the Divine Favor and put in two Acolyte of Pains for card draw. Especially for how high your curve is, I doubt that Divine Favor would help much in matches where you're actually pressed to answer threats on the board.

What does this have to do with the topic?
