I really like the site and use the pre-made decks quite a lot (and tweak them a little to suit my tastes), however I kind of miss an essential option, now that I've reg'd. It's true that sometimes you need to create the cards (or look for a good alt) to use in a deck. But what if you don't have any dust or painstakingly have to destroy some to obtain the amount? Wouldn't it be nice if you could submit the cards you have to the site and then use that information as a filter? This way you can rummage through decks you can complete, in essence: Elevated F2P, if you will.
This feature was walking in my mind too and it would be great to be able to point which cards You have. It's not that easy to filter it from other hand ... it may be server consuming future. But it may be even usefull when You are viewing current deck (so only there cost is reduced by cards which You currently possess)Maybe someday hearthpwn will provide such future
I've seen similar suggestions made for similar forums for similar games. The way it usually comes down - and you understand I'm not discounting the OP, just saying how I've seen similar situations resolve - is that players put their data into the database, but then they don't update that database. Then the database becomes completely out of sync with the player's actual collection. Then the database becomes useless as players just go straight into the game to work with their real assets, which after some experience they now are able to use effectively. So end story, a lot of work gets done to get a database &c set up, but nothing useful gets accomplished. A few players *do* actually update, because their situation maybe means they can get on internet but not Hearthstone at work &c - but generally for the reasons just stated individual databases aren't set up in the first place.
It may not seem like such a big deal now, but if you play for a couple months and see how your collection changes (what with disenchants and adding new cards), and think about expansions &c, you can see how it might be a pain to maintain and update a database separately from a real collection.

If you find my posts to be rude, objectionable, or whatever, well, I got tired of writing polite TL; DR (Too Long, Didn't Read) posts at crybaby whiners. So now I just make it short and nasty.
If you find that funny, well and good. If you find that sad, that's even better.
I understand your valid point. However, as in with WoW you have the option where 3rd party sites can check your entire inventory of any toon on a account, right? Like for instance with wow-heroes. If such a option would be available for HS, problem potentially solved. The problem however is that there is no such machination, afaik. And I couldn't possibly tell the strain on the servers. However, if it's all possible, exceedingly awesomeness delivered.
I've seen a suggestion before about a HearthStone version of the Armory. I think it would be a great idea; and if it were easily accessed via sites such as HearthPwn, would fix the database synch issue.
YES YES and YES! Along those lines it would be nice to see it to a point of when you're looking for a deck you can say "Well I can't make this deck because I don't have "x" card."
in wow viewing armory is an option in game itself but in hearthstone it would be an apportunity to ghost someone imaging you enter someone's name and it tells you the card he don't have you would just get a huge advantage
for example you play against a druid that don't have force of nature. yould could just play more aggressive and don't care about your health that is below 14 and it can win you the game

What?
What he's saying is, you queue up. Get a random opponent, then check out his card list. Concede the match, build a deck to counter the deck he must have based on his card list, queue up again and magically get him as an opponent again, smirk as you beat him easily with your masterfully crafted deck.

Having foresight and being able to simulate multidimensional outcomes are some of the defining differences between a legend player and a rank 5+ player. Having access to information like what you suggested completely changes the scope of the gameplay.
Could be fixed by having access to the card armory (cardmory?) 'private' so only your account can see it, then some system implemented so that curse can link your account to your battle net one and you're good to go. Not sure how i would feel about a 3rd party having access to my battle net though, but steam seems to do it ok.

There are no APIs from Battle.net for Hearthstone, so it isn't this easy =)
Additionally, through the recently unveiled Battle.Net OAuth API, it is incredibly safe to use your account to login through a third party as the third party only has read access to your game data and none of the accounting functions. Hopefully we will see some Hearthstone support so we can do cool things with this new functionality Blizzard has brought to the table.
Of course, make sure you stay safe and never login with your account details directly to a website; that would be incredibly phishy. If a website implements the BNet logins, it brings you back to the battle.net website to login and authenticate that request. Watch the url bar!
Don't think it's happening any time soon, or we would have seen something about it by now. Hearthhead had this feature for a very long time now, and it seems like they didn't have any trouble creating it. It works fast, and causes no lag for their site. The down side is that their deck collection is weak compared to Hearthpwn's.

This is something we want to do hands down as we know how handy it would be :)
We might have some more information down the road on it!

Please make this happen - it's the only reason I use Hearthhead over this site!

Joining this request. Created an account just because I thought this feature is already available to help filter the decks.
Any news on this? HearthHead had this feature for a long while, but their decks are so old and useless... :(

I can enter my cards by my own (like I do in - sorry - hearthead)!
I don't want wait till Blizzard do some API to return list of cards that I have
This is really required feature. All high rated decks has cards that I don't have. And I just want to see decks that I can use right now
--sorry for bad Engligh
We know! Just explaining that it isn't currently possible to automate at the moment through Battle.net =)
