i cant claim my chosen hero. other heroes also not working, even though im above lvl 100. sb else has the same problem? first time im facing this problem, in the last 5 expansion passes it worked

It's a known issue, but they said they aren't fixing it this patch. When the next expansion launches you will get a prompt to pick your reward from the previous track.

Can any of these portraits actually be considered a reward? They are all pretty awful. I know I shouldn't complain about free stuff, but it's pretty anticlimatic to get to level 100 and get a hero skin that's worse than the base skin. Pretty much anything else at level 100 would be better.

And it will take a few more seasons to collect the last of them.
