When filtering for your deck searching on the platform, if you select Yes or No under the option "Include Unreleased Cards" It will show you Decks with unreleased cards either way.

Did you only just check that? cause there are no unreleased cards right now as far as the database is concerned. They are all released.
Either way if that is broken then I have no way to confirm that myself right now, because, as I said, no unreleased cards right now. I'll have the devs check that option though and see if they can see anything about it that might be broken.

I sort by Standard as well as no Unreleased cards and it shows me decks that have new Expansion cards that are not yet out and are not applicable in standard in the filtered decks. Not sure if that is working as intended like you said or not

Yeah, so basically when Blizzard patches the game to have the cards in the game (but uncraftable yet) is the moment that our database gets updated too. We don;t have the option to put the cards as "unreleased" when they are officially patched in though. So once that patch goes out (which was a little earlier than usual this time) the cards are no longer unreleased on Hpwn. Everything is considered live.
Most of the time this is fine, but as you found, it does mean that those final few days it's very hard to filter our decks that do nto use unreleased cards.
Basically you set the set cards to only be maximum of 1 (to allow Renethal) and filter for Standard and Constructed only, and that should get you the decks you want :)

There is one option though:
