On topic: Yes, the Latest Deck Comments section was replaced with the Blue Tracker section.
The Blue Tracker is a direct link to any and all posts and comments made by Official Blizzard posters on the Official forums. If you click through to the actual tracker itself, you will notice that it covers EVERY Blizzard game, and not just Hearthstone.
It is supposed to be a quick view to see if there's anything new said by Blizzard sources, often even before we can have the news post out about it! I get that for some the Deck Comments might be more interesting, but we feel the Blue Tracker there is a better use of the space.
As a side note: The Blue Tracker was actually in place way before the Latest Deck Comments section, but broke during the previous administration and was replaced. Magic Find recently made updates to the Blue Tracker, which allowed us to bring it back. :D

I understand, but I am visiting this site thanks to people who sharing desks here - e.g. when new brawl, expansion, nerf... as I can get here almost interactively some news. Blue tracker is not that important for me, although I understand for others it can be. Do you think it would be a big deal to have the "Latest Deck comments" on the right, in that empty area ?
So for feedback on how it is currently implemented... the Tracker is double posting news, once for EU and once for US (for example, I see patch 19.4.1 posted twice).
Is there a way for the tracker to check if an identical post was already made for another region and just update the first post with multiple regions?

That "empty area" is filled with an ad when you do not run adblock. We have bills to pay!

Trouble is that the information in the US post might be different than the EU post, mostly dates and specific links. So it is basically required to have both articles linked.

That's true - all is for free here. In this case, please accept my apologize and let me add exclusion for this site in my adblock.
Hello guys,
since yesteday my homepage has changed. Is there change in design? Or it's on my side?
I used to have on left side feed of latest decks comments, now I see blue tracker there, which sucks.

Bring back the switch button for people that prefer the decks section.
