Dear mods, i wanna ask you kindly to do something about the "i lose to this card so it need to go topics" There is a special thread for this kind of messages and still you see at least 2 everyday
yeaah and a lot of people asking for a mod to do something about it so it should be nice if they at least say tsomething here why having a salty thread if mods allowes everyone to cry about every single card they lose then you can just delete it and can cal this site saltypwn
Dude, what are you doing??? Just imagine this forum without such threads for a bit. It wouldn't be the same, it wouldn't be a lot of fun!!! :( This forum without people throwing shit to each other all the time would be boring as hell, don't you think? Salty threads are perfect for that, they are a necessary evil, believe me. ;)
I agree with Sherman. Those threads have actual activity in them. Otherwise we'd just have threads where dudes suggest new cards and 11 people comment with "way too OP" or "nice job".
I think the distinction to make here is between threads that are what the OP describes, which is a thread based on a recent experience in a game that made someone angry and a thread where someone wants to discuss a gripe they have with a certain card, with arguments on why they feel that way and what kind of reasoning they have for this solution as opposed to other solutions. The latter is an integral part of the discussion topics on the site that the site needs to function as a community site.
As a general guideline on what to do, regardless of the distinction between threads, is to just report the thread with the report system on the site. It's not just for spam and misbehaving posters, it's to bring stuff like this to the attention of the moderators too.
So next time you see a thread where you feel like it should be closed, just report it and mention why you feel it should be closed and moderators will have a look and decide if it's something that needs moderator action.

If you see a bad post on the forum use the report function under it, so I or someone else of the moderation team can take care of it!

It's more appropriate to report individual threads.
If you see a thread you consider salty and it's not getting moved or locked, chances are it's a legitimate topic of discussion.
It's entirely possible for someone to bring up a card they think is problematic without having ever lost a game against it. It is not your place to determine the motive of the thread's creator, especially in cases where they bring forth logical points about the card in question.

Salty threads are neccecary - it's how our voice is heard.
Banning salty posters is like taking away peoples right to protest.
