Like the title says. Oh and do keep in mind that many of those thumbs up is people actually criticizing it and saying bad things about it, mainly about the economy system. The top english review is so dead accurate.
I would play it IF there was a f2p model. I'm not f2p in HS, but I started that way, and I would still consider myself a "budget" player as I don't spend crazy amounts to ensure I get every card. Mostly just pre-orders and occasional deals. I think if Artifact had a way to play f2p it might be a little better received.
That and the ridiculous "arrows" assigned at random for creeps with no enemy creep in front of them. A game touted as being super skill heavy, etc, doesn't even let you decide if you want an unblocked creep to go face or help stop an enemy creep next to them. Talk about too much RNG...
It’s trash. Watched a lot and played some on my brothers account, and was completely disappointed. And no, I understand how to play, so I’m not just “bad”. I licked up MTG:A fast and can say without a doubt that game is the only contender for top dawn of CCGs. Even big names like Kolento have said it’s lame.
Skill game with Rng fiesta on attacking cards omega lol
No in game currency seems greedy for a game that u already need to pay up front.
Aside from the 3 boards its not over the top original and in fact its unique mechanics come from the fact u have no control over the attacks even when u land the cards in the correct order. Creep spawn are rng as well. Uncommon cards like dagget reached 10 dollars when only rares should do that etc etc.
Artifact is to HS what Diablo mobile is for Path of Exile. More reasons to play the already established proven game.
Specially now at the door of a new expansion for HS. What was Valve thinking?
I don't think something has to be a HS killer for it to succeed. It's natural to compare big releases to HS, but even a much smaller audience can sustain a game, if the company continues to support it.
