Playing e5?! is inaccurate for the very reason shown in this game; it's too easy for white to gang up on the center. e6! is correct. Black actually gets play against white's queen pawns...
I was kindof playing this structure improve but looked it up later, and b6! is a common move early on, before black's QN develops. Interesting, it controls c6 and is a participant without developing. I had the totally wrong idea going Nbd7? Anyway, whacky game!
Just goes to show don't resign early I suppose.
