Skip the partner stuff, if the society keeps evolving where everyone should have access to everything fast as hell such as food, interwebs and transportation ect it's only a matter of time before prostitution gets legalized as well in every modern countries. Partners takes a lots of time, far more than they are worth.
If you are a true Satanist (based on your avatar), you at least hold to the beliefs expressed in Satanism. However, it devalues life for the sake of individualism or humanism. You have my pity. There is more to this life, and eternal life than our immediate desires.
Godspeed to everyone balancing life and getting some hearth time in. If you can get past rank 8 - you got my respect!
If you're not concerned about tracking your decks for replays, you can play a match (or two if you're aggro) whenever you take a bathroom break.
When I'm home, I usually play later in the evening once my wife and baby are asleep, since I'm a night owl and can usually get 1-2 hours of play in at least 3-4 nights a week. Otherwise, it's just setting aside time or communicating with your spouse. I tell my wife once every week or so that that I'd like a block of time where she wont' ask me for help with the baby or dinner or cleaning the house up unless she's feeling overwhelmed, and that works for us. It allows me at least one long play session of 3 hours or more (if I want to play that long) a week and fits into my schedule.
I'd say your biggest asset is communication and a little planning. My baby is almost 5 months old so I'm sure my situation will change monthly from here on out, but it's worth giving a shot for yourself. You know your spouse and your schedule, so you can figure out what works for you.
Oh, and ultimately, if you find you can't make the time, maybe accept that Hearthstone can't be a bigger part of your life right now. The game isn't likely to go away any time soon, so you can come back to it if your life changes up in a few months. Sometimes, a few months of "keeping it casual" with Hearthstone can be good to help you figure out how much it means to you as a source of entertainment and might either find a place in or get phased out of your life, and both of those are good if they leave you happier and more content than before.
Best of luck in whatever matches you can squeeze in, and i hope you can figure out what works best for you!

My hour wake up time with my coffee or my hour when I'm waiting for night time protein to digest a bit. I miss the plugging away 8hr blocks of time playing WoW too. Bought a PS4 for this reason too, easier to randomly pick up and put down, don't have to invest a ton of time.
I commute 120 miles per work day, which takes about 3-4 hours total in Los Angeles. That pretty much eats up all my game time these days. Plus the wife and kids ofc take up the rest.
So I just squeeze it in when I can, like breaks at work, lazy days on the weekends, etc. I travel a lot for work too, so I do get that hotel room time to dick off sometimes.

Nature is the Day. Man is the Sun. Woman is the Moon. The Stone is the Sky. The Art is the Way.
I play HS in the morning before work, while preparing the kids for school. Also during commute.
The only other game I regularly play is Minecraft, I have a lan server where I play with my wife and eldest son.
Some games I binge, skipping other responsibilities (like overtime, but also family visits and sometimes quality time) until they're done. Last one was Mario Odyssey, last one before that was at least a year ago.
It works, kinda. No one has enough time to do all they want and need. Try to (literally) buy yourself time by moving closer to work, or going to a gym with a location that fits better in your commute (even if it's a bit more expensive). Also maybe hire a cleaner, or eat more takeout dinner. Time is just too valuable.
Married with two kids, full-time student: when everyone is asleep, when Wifey wants to watch reality television, on the toilet, and while cooking breakfast and dinner for the family. I wish I could grind all day long!
I work full time, I have a wife and kid (plus one in the oven) and I have been playing since 2016.
I used to play an hour a day in Arena and ranked, doing the quests and able to get to rank 5 every now and then, but a month ago, I cooled it down, I'm playing only twice a week since then.
I felt I was close to a cyberdependance, not looking forward to see friends or spending time organizing stuff for the wife and kids. The quest system was like a pressure for me, as a mostly f2p, I felt like I needed to play every day to be able to play 2 or 3 meta decks.
I don't regret it, although I feel like I'm letting go a lot of invested time in the past years. I think selling my account is against the rules, but I'd feel relieved if I could pull the plug this way.

I have been there, I eventually just stopped playing for about a year. Deleting my wow account years ago also felt really good since I was way to addicted to that.
My wife love watching tv series about criminals (something like CSI but better ones :D ) so i made researsch and found to her some interesting, now she is watching 2-3 episodes each evening online on laptop so i have enough time to play whatever i want on playstation... weekends are off because of irl stuff and HS mainly on phone during break at work or while walking home (i live near to my job)
Got 21 hours of class and 7.5 hours of work a week - Not looking forward to finishing uni and get a real job (in my country they pay you to go to school).

The point was playing other games.....
I have a wife / kids so my game time is also limited. I tend to play other games when I have achieved what I wanted in hearthstone..
Or sometimes multitask:
Kids + misses in bed - Fortnite (PS4) on main TV - Hearthstone on my laptop and star wars force arena (hardly a game) on iPad....
...The problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude to the problem.
Similar schedule, so I tend to take more bathroom breaks and get a game or two on the can.

The point is finding time to play console or PC games. You can play HS anywhere anytime.
