The idea is to have a neutral spell that can let you pull off some very scary/broken card combos with class cards and another classes power.
The double strength hero power would work as you might think for most classes, but I want to specifify that Warlock would reduce the HP cost to 1, and Paladin would summon 2 1/1s, NOT a 2/2. I also think that adding extra power to Shaman totems (ie Spell Power +2, Heal +2, Taunt 0/3, 2/2) would be the best solution to keep the RNG element of the power.
Let me know what you think! The high cost of the card means it would be probably more suited to late-game decks, like Druid, Pally or maybe Preist.
Ya i get that alot, its an intresting card. I wonder I can say for sure how imba or weak it is. Hero powers tend to be a form of cost effective removal slash turn filler in alot of cases. usually trading HP. But intresting idea no doubt.
Bind Soul (for Warlock): 7 mana epic spell, Destroy an enemy minion adjacent to the last friendly minion that died and bring it back to life. Basically a rez + kill, which may seem OP, but it has no target and can easily be prevented. If, for instance the warlocks minion was on an odd when it died so there were 1, 3, 5, or 7 minions; all you do is make sure you have an even amount of minions on the board, so that none are adjacent.
The inspiration for this spell comes from an old rouge-like I played quite a bit where the necromancer could learn a spell that, when casted on a creature above a dead corpse, would take the soul from the living creature, thus killing it, and give it to the corpse beneath, thus reviving it and giving you a friendly minion.
I've made this thread after the mild success of my first one. The purpose of the thread is to create new ideas for cards and balance them out.

Here is an idea of a mage minion which allows you to apply freeze very easily for atleast 1 turn.
Is it overpowered?

I just finished up an Alternate Hero + Class Expansion Set and it would be great to get some feedback!!

I also came up with some abillity ideas:
Life drain: Damage dealt is added to the minions maximum health.
Terror: Silence any minion damaged by this minion
Spell Imunnity: Immune to any spell effect
Cobra: Damage dealt to a minion is also dealt to the enemy hero
Peirce: Overkill damage is dealt to adjacent minions
Penetrate: Ignores taunt and hero armour
