Morning person,but i sit 30min on the toilet after i wake up🤣🤣no jogging and no exercise,after that i put music on loud and start doing what i need to do that day.
I am a night owl who wakes up on decent time (8-9am). About the guys who sit on the toilet so much; be careful of that habit as it can make you develop haemorrhoids

I wasn't earlier but is now a morning person. Don't go for jog and all but just randomly go for a walk and listen to some music, all in all i just relax after waking up, instead of jogging or exercising.
