On a serious note: accept that the way people play ranked is competitive netdecking, by chance you will encounter the 10-20% of the players that play fun decks probably in bronze league, so either don't pass bronze league or play unranked. There the percentages are a lot better.
Well if this outburst happened after playing the game from its release I could understand the burn out from it, all the shit that happens in this game. It is time to take a break. Games should bring fun but with HS it is sometimes so frustrating to have fun when there are netdecking, emoting community and clueless devs (or intentional).
If your outbursts are happening often and are really snap ones, not building gradually you could maybe ask someone for help, that is where problem could really start.
I get angry at this game and community too, but not because losing, but getting totally destroyed by solitaire decks with no fun inbetween and netdecking players. But i do not destroy things lol, I just get really salty and turn off the game lol.
Me, living in a country with hardware being insanely overpriced paying the last installment of my monitor I only can buy with very hard work and sacrifice, open this topic and I don't know if I feel envy or disappointement for you can destroy equipment for so meaningless thing.
The first 5 years of HS you could have fun with homebrews in Wild and still reach Diamond 5 (Rank 5) with ease. But over the last 1.5-2 years the powerlevel of metadecks in wild has gotten so high, that this no longer is true. You can still play homebrews, i still exclusivly play my own homebrews because that is MY way of having fun. I can still get to Diamond 5, but you have a lot less options that are viable these days. That is just a fact that you have to face, things have changed, it's not the same game it used to be.
Sorry to hear about your tv, on the bright side, once you can afford a new one, you will get a lot for your money. Tv Tech is really moving fast these days.

But onceupop, why do you expect yourself to reach Dia5?
"you have a lot less options that are viable these days" -- isn't that a big pity, that you restrict urself to the decks that are viable as opposed to playing what u would like most?
You might only reach Dia10, or Gold, or Silver even but you would plausibly have more fun?
Good thing what you hit was an inert TV and not another human being.
It would be amusing to hear these stories of genetics of short tempers and mild memory control suffering from behind prison bars instead of a gaming forum. Of course, go to any prison and you'll hear similar stories; I just hope the victims aren't as understanding as the posters in the forum.
If this sounds like trolling, it isn't. It's resentment for all the times my parents knocked out a tooth and told me they couldn't help it. That shit finally caught up to my father, but never could get the cops to go after mommy dearest despite the blood loss and bruises.
Fun times.

Thank you. These other people were making me think I'd entered the Twilight Zone.
"I couldn't help myself" is the worst excuse ever. If someone really, truly can't keep themselves from violent outbursts, they need to be locked up for everyone's safety, including their own.

"Why, you never expected justice from a company, did you? They have neither a soul to lose nor a body to kick." -- Lady Saba Holland
I was playing hearthstone and i kept loosing while trying to be creative on my decks.
After witnessing like over 98% of hs just being net decks, and kept loosing.
my anger grew up and i yeeted a mini fan for a phone which ricocheted on my 42 inch tv in my living room.
Well, congratulations for being mentally immature person with anger management problems that lost probably more than feck hundreds of dollars over shitty online card game. Serves you right!
But with such a mental problem broken TV is your least problem. I can't imagine person like you finding job or a partner or just staying alive...
Holy shit, not like you're the only one here with that attitude, just quoting cause you're the last one, but the absolute lack of empathy of some people here is pretty disturbing. Not that I'm surprised, cause after all I'm a psychologist and I've seen every kind of shit in terms of people's personality/attitude, but c'mon, you guys really need to type a comment to bash a random guy this way? Anyway, guess he's not the only one who could benefit from some professional help. I imagine it's "the internet", can't believe you'd be that moronic face to face (or I don't want to believe it).
On topic, as some people has suggested, maybe looking for some professional help could be a nice idea (seriously, not trying to be mean; after all some therapy sessions would be good to any of us), but meanwhile trying to avoid or reduce the "dose" of competitive online games could be a nice choice. Maybe I'm just getting old, but nowadays I'd rather enjoy a nice single player campaign than online games. Don't know your personal taste, but there's plenty of stuff to spend a long time: videogames jewels such as Portal, Bioshock, Resident Evil (RE8 just released), Dishonored, Max Payne, Warcraft or Starcraft campaigns if you're into strategy games. If you are into coop games you can try stuff such as Left 4 Dead to pump some adrenaline, or It Takes Two (fucking fabulous). Hollow Knight is a personal single player fav, but it may fall into the Dark Souls category, in the sense that they can be a bit hard/infuriating, so take those with a grain of salt (still, I love those, Sekiro being another masterpiece, but pretty hard too).
I have empathy for the folks who recognize the danger they are to other folks and take necessary steps.
I have ZERO empathy for folks who seem very content with the excuse "I can't help it" and continue on without changing anything.
Sooner or later it will be a person, and I hope they don't take "I can't help it" seriously.
EDIT: For me it was relatively harmless in the great scheme of things. Parents left a few scars, of the visible and invisible varieties, but we all have our demons from childhood.
My wife, on the other hand, got the real horror show of the "I can't help it" crowd. Her first husband beat her into a miscarriage and was there with flowers at her hospital bedside fully expecting "I can't help it" to be an acceptable end to the discussion.
If a kid sets fires, and tortures animals, mind you I'm no psychologist, but I think these behaviors highly correlate to some other issues later in life. I would be willing to bet destroying valuable property in fits of anger correlates to some other issues as well. Empathy can be discussed, but it's not high on the list of things I want to deal with here.

I studied in germamy (maintenance) and (curative educator) and teachers told me it's very normal for children to torture animals in kindergarten. I also learned it's totally normal for a 10 yold healthy kid that it can't draw a house, flower or cloud without explaining you what it is becouse you can't identify it... For me still a little weird

Alright, if anybody keeps still reading this, i am trying to clear any misunderstood points.
1. i didn't aim for my tv, the object that i threw accidentally hitted my tv, my heart sunk because i knew, i damaged a expensive piece of technology in my own home.
2. I dont condone or do violence on other human beings, most or all my outburst are object centered. I love helping and bringing positivity to people near me. I never attack people without any good reason, i don't harm animals if i am angry, i never ever ever want to or like to hurt any human or animal with my outbursts, its only material at best.
3.proffesional help. Like mentioned before, i have gone through about 3-5 years worth of psychiatry, doctors and other type of visits.
4. other games, i try to play other games but like i said before, some games get stale and boring, cause more anger or i simply don't have the money to buy more.

To be fair, I've always read that torture in that sense isn't just killing. The case studies I've read as a layperson only involved more drawn out acts like . . . well, like stuff I don't really want to write about.
Also to be fair to OP, I wasn't implying breaking a TV is similar to torturing animals, except in the sense that they both may be correlated with more serious acts over time. I don't claim expertise on the subject.

Honestly, I'm more concerned about the people that claim they've never thrown something out of anger or frustration. I've punched a wall before due to frustration. Hell, when I was in Highschool, my music teacher punched a chalkboard due to frustration and it's not like he was an unbalanced or unstable person. He was just frustrated. It happens and it's human. But these people that claim it's something more serious than it clearly is, perhaps they should be the ones to contact a shrink. Seriously, it's just not normal to go through your entire life with nothing ever aggravating you to that point. It honestly sounds like those people might be emotionally suppressed due to any number of reasons.
Now don't get me wrong, there are healthier ways to vent your frustration than breaking your television. But come on people, trying to suggest this guy is unstable or something is fucking stupid. He was frustrated, he threw something vent his frustration and accidentally broke his TV. It was an accident. It happens. Jesus Christ, it's not some hidden deep mental issue at work here (well, I mean, I don't know the guy but based solely off the information we have). These people claiming otherwise must have lived the most sheltered lives imaginable.

Yes, the ole' "evidence to the contrary is proof". Those who don't have a problem have the real problem.
First of all, this is not a case of hitting a wall, but you know already the example you gave is in no way related to the OP.
This is a case of throwing something breakable and hitting something more expensive and breakable. I have no idea the OP's financial status, but presumably he/she's not rich enough that breaking a television doesn't represent a relevant expense to replace. Of course there's a difference between that and your example.
Similarly, I'm assuming from your story that the music teacher didn't splinter multiple bones in his hand when he hit the wall, and yet, if someone similarly punched a wall hard enough to warrant an ER visit, hopefully you wouldn't say, "It's the folks who haven't broken their hand on a wall that have the real issue".
As for it just being an object and not a person, that's always the case . . . until the day it isn't. The action itself isn't what I consider an issue. The seeming total unwillingness/inability to change things or get help is the issue. I haven't read all the replies to this post before my own, but as for myself, I never made any statement that suggested I've never lashed out in anger. The only difference between me and OP is I've never suggested genetics or anything other than my own stupidity and lack of perspective is to blame.

I'm not saying that people that get upset but don't break things have a problem, I'm saying that people that think the OP has a problem because it's unfathomable to do such a thing, they have a problem. Because it's not that uncommon or unnatural a thing. The opposite in fact. It's a pretty human response.
As for my music teacher in highschool, he cracked the chalkboard. Doesn't make him mentally unbalanced or that he had a problem with anger management. He also apologized the following day to the class and admitted his mistake and that it was inappropriate behavior.
Let's look at the facts. The OP got angry and frustrated. He threw a fan in frustration because he was pissed and accidentally broke his TV. Based on that alone, people immediately jump to the conclusion that he needs to seek professional help? Give me a fucking break.
