I think being good as an internal feeling of no shame is an illusion, some experiments have shown that some people commit more bad things when they know there will not be any consequence to their action or they are anonymous.

This is very true. Human nature is a very complicated thing and I'm glad this thread is back because it's interesting to analyze.
I really put thought into my answer and said neutral good. I am not special and have no particular convictions, but I am nice to people/things.
But if I woke up tomorrow with superpowers, I am definitely going to start doing evil things. There is a deep hate inside that boils up sometimes. I think to some degree, this is normal for people. But without any way to act on it, it's just easier to ignore it and be "good".
