The movie was great. So glad Captain deus ex machina Marvel was only in the movie for like 15 minutes. She is the worst super hero character ever. I think she is channeling an angry man hating feminist for the role. Or maybe she is not acting.
Movie was OK, but having a really hard time understanding the hype.
I was entertained just fine for what could be expected of any bland superhero/action movie, but plot wise? Meh.
In terms of story, it should have ended with the previous movie. Original, unexpected, great! Instead, they spent 3 hours to get to an end most everyone had predicted. There was by no means 3 hours of worthy content, but it had to be so long since they have a truckload of individual heroes, which stories they all tried to tie up. And I mean, great job tieing up loose ends, but that gets a little long winded to me.
Oh, and time travel. Because when was the last time that made a movie better?
Well, to begin with, Endgame completely invalidates all of the important deaths in infinity war. All of the main characters came back, so there's that. Also, none of the deaths in endgame matter a bit, because as they are doing with the black widow movie, they can just call it a "prequel" and that's that. Hell, all of the avengers could die and they would still find a way to make money from them. So for me, it's hard to become invested in these characters when I know their lives matter little to none. The three hours was not needed at all, most of it was filler or backstory that added nothing of value to the movie.
I think the last avengers movie was okay, mostly because I was interested in a girl who loved Marvel, but that's a story for another day. This movie however, has just sort of let me down. It's supposed to be this big ending to an epic franchise right? But it just doesn't feel like it is at all.
OMG the movie was so amazing!!! :D . Has anyone else seen it or are you going to see it??. GOAT!!
The movie is excellent, one of the best superheroes movies ever!!! :D :D :D
Endgame sucked
Why?
