Nice way of admitting that you are wrong while ignoring everything i've said. The best thing you can do when you dont know what to answer, is not answer at all. I guess you prefer to storm off before admitting that you were wrong, it definitely requires being mature to admit one's mistakes.
Thanks anyway.
Actually I did not read your whole comment because of the language you have used. It was bothering enough to read only one paragraph, because you stuck the "forcing" thing too much and I was not forcing anyone for anything. just check my above posts.
I won't answer you never again even in any other thread. Because you are not trying to understand, you are just trying to win an argument like most of the crowd.
And you aren't?
You argue that sending people to watch videos is "killing their brains" and we should "share our personal experience first, then only if they request it are we allowed to send the videos.
Everyone else either completely disagrees with you or agree to some degree but say you are rude/stubborn/close minded.
At this point you have to see you are starting to contradict yourself and both you and the others interpret the replies in a way that makes you/them right. This thread has no point and we all should just let it die. You won't change your opinion, the others won't and this is just making people angry.
If this truly matters to you, take a break, write some better arguments (preferably some that don't include the poisonous, killing of brains, gods analogy, or any sort of sentence that could be considered an insult, like the netdecking thing from your first post)
Your basic opinion (share your experience, don't default to youtube videos) is partially correct but your whole approach to this situation (this is what i think, you don't agree too bad) is wrong.
Also consider this: streams and youtube videos are someone's experience. Rather than someone telling you how they play a deck you can see them doing it.
I rank it "poisonous" because before trying something, going for a "how to do x" video or stream is a harrasment for your own brain. If you can't handle yourself firstly then you search for a guide. It is not saving lifes or something that changes your life. Yes you can't try to help a vital wound if you don't know how to heal, you need experts or you need an education for that like cpr but yes you can always try to figure it out how the game works if you can't understand you can always ask for help. If it doesn't help you can always watch something about it.
Do you guys really think that I am not watching videos on youtube? I am watching some how to videos too like anyone. You are really so weird to think like i am trying to condemn people from those sources. It is not that I am defending.
What I am trying to say is "please just share your experiences first, after your experiences you can advice them to watch some of your favorite streamers or youtubers"
I hope you got the thing that I call poisonous.
Ok, I am against netdecking, I never watch tournements, streams or youtubers about hearthstone (just funny moments sometimes) but this is a different topic. This topic is not related that because they are what i decided to do. I am not forcing anyone to do the same. I did know you will disagree but I really didn't expect the way you all are getting on me. Some said netdecking and forcing(especially the Junus10000 guy), some said closed-minded, some said stubborn, some said I opened this thread for my own good etc. This is really weird.
What I'm on was just advising style.
This topic was related only but ONLY about advising new players.
Just wanted to share your own experiences instead of saying "go watch streamers".
Yes it is poisonous to watch videos before trying something by yourself because it makes you lazy, it kills your problem solving ability. Where is my own good in that really ?
I really can't understand how you get this "your own good" stuff. I guess my signature helped that on first contact.
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!

I already answered about the language used. I was respectful and civilized all the time, while you have been bashing, displaying aggressive attitudes and intolerance, as i proved with sentences from your first post. Anyone here can read your posts and mine, and judge for themselves.
You wont answer because you have nothing to answer. I'm not trying to win an argument, i already won it with the first answer i gave you. You are not trying to understand anything, you started an argument telling people to stop doing this or that, according to your arbitrary rules. That aint gonna work, never. Stop accusing me or others of your own failures.
I'm trying to feel an empathy with new players and if i am a new player and I ask for an advice, and they say me "go watch streamers" what Should I feel" ? I presume I would be pissed because of that noone shared their own experiences with me and I lived that moment. I asked for advices for some other games in another forum before and they all said me to "go watch streamers". I was like "I could do that by myself and I could ask for some good streamers or youtubers. Why the hell they are saying that !?"
I hope you got my point.
I'm afraid I don't, I really don't. I think if you ask for advice and the only response you get is "go watch streamers" then it's not particularly helpful. However in a lot (not all I'll concede) of the posts I've seen what you're being told is, here is a particular facet of the new player experience you may want to focus on and here is where (and often from who) you can get more information. That's good sound directed advice.
I also don't think you empathise with new players very well. When I'm a new player the last thing I want is to talk to all and sundry about there experiences and what they think. What I want is them to point me in the direction of the best source of information that I can consume quickly so I can get stuck into the game itself, I trust them to be able to realise that themselves rather than me having to spell it out. In fact I would think it would be fairly arrogant of them to think I would want them to take me through all their experiences and thoughts in the knowledge that they could point me to far more specific, concise and frankly professional information on youtube. Now if you came to the forum and said "I'm a new player, I'd really like to hear about your thoughts on the game, and anything you've learned from your experiences" then that's a different matter.
Let me put it to you another way. For arguments sake let's say you know nothing about dinosaurs but you want to learn, you come and ask me and the first thing I check is what you already know which is nothing. I'm not then going to start sharing my knowledge on dinosaurs as that would be frankly ridiculous. No, I'm going to direct you to the internet or some good books and tell you to go away and do some of your own research first, I'll certainly direct it so maybe I'll ask you to look into a carnivore, an omnivore and a herbivore. Then once you've done that then we'll actually have something to talk around. This is not rude it's actually a pretty efficient way of helping someone learn.
oh , finally a healthy response to argue.
Mostly agree but there is a point. It is like a doctor who tries the understand the patience from patient's complaints. All people's proclivities are different as you know. If the new player asks for help and didn't describe what kind of help he is seeking it can be asked to her/him. Some people can learn easily from an experience of yours. If it is not help you can direct her/him to a streamer or youtuber. I can always understand that. I called that poisonous way because of that someone did not try something before watching videos.
Like your dinosaurus example, when I came to you for some information about dinosours as "hey I heard that There were animals called dinosaurs what are they? How can I know more about them?", you can tell me that they are kinds which are omnivore, herbivore or carnivore. Then you can tell me they are lizard-like animals and say "if you want you can find more information about them in internet or this encyclopedia" or something. First little tips, then lead me to the source of information. If you say me "go google it" or " just read encyclopedia" when I came to you, it would be rude. This is my point.
it really eased my agony a bit that some of you understands some points. Thanks.

Ok so next time someone asks me how to improve im going to tell him my experiences : trade favourably, go for face dmg at the right moment, mulligan correctly. Im sure they will get the idea.
You can't teach card game on paper, people have to see what is favourable trade etc, what is this right moment. There are almost infinite different situations you can face and noone wants to write them all or read them. Instead its better to watch streamers as most of their decisions are right and they will give you an idea.
when I was the follower-only in this forum (before I created the account), There was people who wants advices.
Some of people here adviced them like; " you can start with mage , priest or hunter as a class. they are easy as starters. you will face so much cards, some legendary cards while you are ranking, don't worry you will get them by playing. Taunt minions will always helpful for starter decks." These were great advices for new players. Go watch stream is not !
Do You know that new players can't afford the cards that streamers own? Did you ever try to make a new account to play and try to build a deck without your op cards or meta decks ? Someone wants to know how they can build their own decks according to their collection, you know that don't you?
Advices should be like that. Do you remember how did you start, didn't you?

kind of a, but in wrong way.

I don't know how you can think I understand your points from my last post but fair enough.
I think you and I are quite different animals. If I have a problem with something or want to learn more then I'll do my own research and a lot of that may be via YouTube. The first port of call will certainly not be asking people to share their experiences on a forum.
For Hearthstone I played a bunch and then watched the shit out of Trump, Kripp, Day[9] and others and that helped me grow and get better.

Arguing on the internet is like playing chess with a pigeon. You may be good at chess, but the pigeon is just going to knock all the pieces down, take a shit on the table, and strut around like its victorious.
