I actually have no idea who Toymachine is and I've been following the site fairly regularly for a few years, even when I took a two year break haha (I know, no one probably knows who I am, but that's probably a good thing haha).
I also have no idea who Toymachine is. They could have been a great poster or as some claim that they took Hearthpwn "too seriously". I really have nothing to add about that.
However, I feel that posting their response about why they quit the site is akin to a HS version of posting why some popular WoW player got fed up with the game and left (ie it is a more glorified version of a 'quit thread'). Regardless of who you are I don't think that is ever worth trying to draw the rest of the community into because in the end the vast majority of people here don't know who you are, so why should they care if you quit?
I took a break of more than one year of Hearthstone and this site but left this site earlier than the game because of how toxic this site was in that time, so it's a bit disheartening that the same problems still occur. I could be confused with the names, but I remember he was one of the toxic guys too. Although I have no idea of what happened in the next months. If he actually changed for godd I don't know, but the situation seems really odd to me.

I aggree 100% with this. By the wat, it's nice to see some familiar faces still active on this website.
When someone that good in analysis and deck building decides to leave the premises because some boss tells him to back down you know the reason is political. There is a innate and deep fear for the opinion of the fanboy who most likely complained about the thoughtful and influential criticism of Toymachine. Both Fluxflashor and consort and Brode and consort favor the fanboy due to specific characteristics that serve as target audience best their interest: gullible, playful, aggro-aggressive deck preference, netdecking, looking for likes, low skill - easy win-fix. pseudo-knowledgable comments and above all not looking for bettering the game in terms of balance, skill, diversity, which Toymachine was all about.
Good people leave eventually when the premises remains a cesspool of mindlessness and stupid chatter, no appetite for analyses about skill, balance and diversity. No doubt about that.
Wow, Toymachine fanboy attacks rest of community for acting like fanboys... Nothing else needs to be said really.

Arguing on the internet is like playing chess with a pigeon. You may be good at chess, but the pigeon is just going to knock all the pieces down, take a shit on the table, and strut around like its victorious.
