So I was playing a game on ladder and it stalled to the very end was very epic and just when I was about to win with my combo, the lag got me and I wasn't fast enough so I was 1 sec late and lost the game. If I didn't have that much lag I would have won (the animation lag is the thing that screwed me so I couldn't play my cards that were returned to hand properly.
I have low graphics and Hearthstone is the only thing open in a small window. Dont have a pc. Running asus zenbook ux305
Get a better machine to play it on. It's like asking why I can't play the latest dark souls game on a gameboy. It's not dark souls's fault that it can't run on it.

Not helping man. Sure there are some setting on the computer to adapt? Im no expert but i know there are. Not everyone has a 1000€ spent (which this laptop did cost)

Like the computer is 3 years old and in the beginning it was smooth af. How can I reduce the lag the years have given me
I guess make sure no extra processes are running. Also if your running a deck tracker maybe you might want to not use it to help the games performance. I know my laptop if the lid is shut it lags for like 10-15 minutes playing Hearthstone then it's fine after that. Also maybe make your decisions a little quicker.
A potato should be able to run heathstone, to those suggesting he upgrades his PC. Yet, it still stutters for so many people, including me, and I'm using a gtx 1060.

I often get annoying game lag these days and I have a fair beast of a PC - I eventually tracked mine down to two things that were clogging up the PC while playing: The Battle Net Portal screen (since they started playing videos etc on there, it makes my frame rate plummet until I close it) The Hearthstone Deck Tracker - Usually closing it and restarting it fixes it for me (but it starts to eat resources sometimes)
Fixing these two things (and closing down Chrome if running loads of tabs, etc) seems to fix the issue for me most of the time
I know this is an old af post, but I'm in the same boat. I use a BAD graphics card, NVIDIA Geforce 210. The things i've done are exactly what Scorpyon mentioned, plus i don't play full screen. It helps alot, but certain things/events (like Hallows End) really slow it down. There's no other settings, but i think they need to add some sliders.
