Faceless Destroyer? More commonly seen in wild because of more deathrattle synergy. (also works if wild refers to the Hunter class because of more deathrattle synergy)
If it's not necessarily a card, can it be Thrall? Because Chromatus is the only young-but-two(five) headed dragon I can think of, and Thrall fought against him with the aspects at some point. Or perhaps the man is Rhonin, and the dragon is Deathwing under his many different guises? (e.g Lord Prestor)
Okay, I'm thinking Bolvar Fordragon. After succumbing to the gas from the Scourge, Alexstraza (the red god, with different faces as he, like all the other aspects, is able to take different guises) and her red dragonflight breathed fired over his and everyone elses who had died bodies. Alexstraza is the aspect of life, but her fire, while bringing Bolvar back to life, severely charred and warped his body (representing the different 'gifts' her fire can bring).
After being tortured by the Lich King, and finally donning the Helm of Domination, Bolvar Fordragon, like Arthas before him, are but shells of their former past, quite literally, no one. And just like how Bolvar takes up the Helm to become the new Lich King, anyone else can do so, but must sacrifice themselves and become "no one" to do so.
Faceless Manipulator? Cause it's a faceless whom you don't normally see the actual card of
nope
Dr 6.
Mysterious challenger
Incorrect
Shifter Zerus
A N'raqi, who is rarely seen in his true form. Unless you are playing Wild Mode, where Sneed's Old Shredder can drop him with its deathrattle.
Good guess--close . . . but incorrect.
Then it is Eater of Secrets

similarly, Spawn of N'Zoth

The Ancient One
Cute, ineffective, but cute.
A man is chased by a young but two headed-dragon, or maybe more.
The man has a name, and the red god teaches him how to give the gift.
But the god has many faces, many gifts can be given,
and others may follow the man too, but only after becoming no one.
What is the man's name?
The riddle it's not that literal. It is a character present in Hearthstone.
Also, please explain the reason of your choice. It would be boring if someone gets the answer just for luck.
This is not a riddle intended to be decoded in 3 minutes. Try to be patient.

Baron Geddon?
Red God = God of Fire = Ragnaros the Firelord
Two headed dragon = Chromaggus = Blackrock Mountain Reference, HS Adventure where Geddon is a boss
Many faces = Ragnaros' random nature, as well as the second Ragnaros introduced in Whispers of the Old Gods
Last line: after becoming nobody = Dark Iron Dwarves enslaved by Ragnaros
Explosive Shot => Meteor
Power Word: Tentacles => Spikeridged Steed
Incorrect.
