Strangest riddle I've ever seen. Done in a non-conventional poetry style, where I'm guessing some of the lines are just there for the poems effect and not necessarily hinting at the card. But I could be wrong.
Can't help but notice the odd German word in booth poems. Also, they both start with Fiddle dee dum style lines which to me indicates Ogres or Twins or Giants, but I could be wrong. And they both mention brewing of some sort.
To me it was all about a Grimy Goon the 1st time round, but now I have no good idea what's going on at all. I'll leave this one for those with more abstract ways of thinking than myself :-)

A (presumably Gadgetzan) card, outside of the three families of Gadgetzan. Has a fixation on drinks, it seems and might be making some kind of appearance in the new expansion.
He's a major player in Gadgetzan, outside of the families. His card image features a vial of something, and the golden animation sees him flipping a coin. (Counterfeit?)
Overall, he seems as good a guess as anything.

So, when a warrior uses Dead Man's Hand, what does that actually mean in terms of flavor? Is he the dead man? Does he cut off his own hand? Is that why he has Tentacles for Arms? Does he think that tentacles are actually as good as arms?
These reasons and more are why I think warriors are more mysterious than people give them credit for.

Ok, the first thing I want to mention is the style of my poems. In my opinion this was the biggest clue someone could get, as this portrays Mayor Noggenfogger's personality. He acts randomly, some would even say chaotically. Whenever you choose a target, the spell/battlecry can land anywhere. There is rarely a logical order (outcome) and when it happens, it's due to pure randomness. His flavour text supports this statement:
This flavor text was randomly generated. If it happens to form words and make sense, that is purely by chance.
And as I said in some posts earlier, I aimed to make a part-gibberish text. This is why I used a mix of German and English words.
The drink, I was referring to in my riddles, is the famous Noggenfogger elixir. It used to be sold by Marin Noggenfogger, but when Cataclysm occurred, his wife Sprinkle opened a stall and started selling the consumables. You can still see the elixir in his hand.
Now let me explain the texts:
Fiddle-dee dum und fiddle-dee dee, If you google this, you will see that this means nonsense. small cat standin' behind me.Alleycat Quick, flee - head to the alley. No Maly und Sally a) hint for MSOG, b) just to make the poem more melodic to accompany you, pally, to mybitty city. Watch out! Reference to the Goons family. Boon baboon crooks croon in inn rooms - countin' Counterfeit Coins.

I'll tell Rafaam hi from thou. Since the RoS takes place there, we MIGHT see the mayor again.
That's a tough act to follow, I've got to say, but I'll do my best.
I'll first tell you this, When I'm gone, won't be mist. ... Oh, so you're playing me? Me, with the threes? Me with the twos? That's one way to lose. A card of bad mojo, A card who is so-so, A gain in your force, (A loss too, of course). Well, good luck my friend, Survive me, then end.

I'd agree, but that seems based solely around the phrase "me with the twos? That's one way to lose."
That clue on its own would be enough to say Keleseth, but the rest might be a distraction I guess. Also, that section isn't italicized, which could be relevant.
It is not Keleseth. Further, the lack of italicizing is an error, and I've got no idea why part of it isn't italicized.

Ooh now that I'm reading again it would make sense it it was Baku (and dammit someone beat me to the punch again because I didn't refresh the page before posting)
Oh, so you're playing me? Me, with the threes? (Playing with odd cards) Me with the twos? That's one way to lose. (Don't play it with even cards) A card of bad mojo, A card who is so-so, (9 mana 7/8 is a mediocre stat line) A gain in your force, (A loss too, of course). (Upgraded hero power at the cost of no even cards) Well, good luck my friend, Survive me, then end. (At the start of the game, Baku says "None will survive" )

…
Well. It's not the answer I was looking for. The actual card I was looking for was Surrender to Madness.
Threes (3 mana cost, 3 mana lost), twos (+2/+2), One way to lose because it's a weak card. Bad mojo referencing Mojomaster Zihi, who also affects your mana. So-so, again, weak. Gain in your force (buffs your minions) a loss too (Because mana lost). Survive me, then end (Survive the lost resources, then end). 'Won't be mist, both as a reference to the mistcaller, and because I don't think anyone will care about this card going away.
Now, why am I telling you this if you didn't guess it?
Simply, because, honestly, Baku matches just as well as it. The only part you can't finagle is the pun in 'won't be mist,' but honestly? It's good enough.
So, for the first time in the time I've been in this thread, one of my puzzles has been solved with a different card than the one I meant for it to be. (Got close once with Kun and Ancient of lore, but not quite)
Datrevdo, come collect your prize.

Here y'all go. Might be a little tricky but if so I can give more clues.
Speculated I may have been
I’ve been marked, now you will too
No longer will they be so lean
Centuries of old, I will undo
Alas, I was never seen
For my numbers were too few
In obscurity, I now dream
As I’ve returned to where the Kraken’s wilds grew
