A: she could not sing. Half the time she was just screaming into the Mic. Hell Trump could sing better.
B: What was that song? I couldn't understand half of it due to her singing. I only knew what it was about after because of a news report.
I really dont understand it. The way me and my family vote on Eurovison is by Puting a score out of 10 for each song per person. Ukraine scored the lowest.
I also think, it shouldn't have won, but it certainly wasn't bad at all. Between 5th and 10th place for me.
I just don't really like the fact that in the last few years, songs which thematize greater political or "just" controversial issues, fare way better than songs that "just" are good songs. Look at "A million voices" from Russia last year, look at Conchita Wurst (although I think Conchita had a winner-worthy song) or now Jamala.
I believe that people tend to forget more and more that this is a SONG contest.
Wut people still watch that I stopped watching since all those idiotic countries joined and started voting on eatchother it's all just a politic game and rigged as fuck...

Just my two cents.
Oh, and I believe Poland should have won. It was the best song for me. If he could not win it, I had Russia as my next best song. Although I have to say that my favourite didn't even get to the final with Juri Pootsmann's "Play" coming from Estonia.
Either the aussies or the Polish. Every eurovison I invite loads of people over an we vote on what we think was the best song out of 10. there where 7 of us and Australia and poland both scored 51 and ukraine scored 13 or something.

Eurovision is a joke. It's all about politics. Countries only vote for their neighbour countries.
