I've started talking in Twitch chat recently but man is it confusing. So many memes, I think I get a meme overload. Kappa

So i read a small part of this thread since most of this is pure nonsense. It's an emote for sarcasm, and what kind of people usually use sarcasm? In my experience the people who use sarcasm the most are people who are generally afraid to show their emotions for whatever reason. This however doesnt mean that someone is dumb or unintelligent. ofcourse it also doesn't mean that they are smart or smt, but what I wanna say is: just because someone uses the word kappa doesn't mean that they immidiately are dumb people. It isnt the fault of Kappa that someone is dumb~ or the other way around. [I hope this makes sense tried to make it as non-vague as possible]
