so this deck is kinda like freeze mage, except more anti aggro with more minions to help control the board. the win condition is AA or ragnros. ice block is to prolong the game while you look for some vital cards, more than one is unnecessary. i just made this deck and so far at very low ranks its gone very well, i even beat out a full control paladin. some cards that are flexible are the water elementals, one of the flame strikes, one of the polymorphs, and the arcane missiles. cards you add are earthen ring, carine, senjin, or something else. so far I've been loving this deck any tips?
note: im a FTP player, i can craft a epic or two but getting a legendary is unlikely
EDIT: switched inloot hoarders for haunted creepers and mind control techs for harvest golems
I don't like creeper much here, he can't kill pretty much anything unless you ruin your tempo with constant hero powering, and he has no sinergy whatsoever with the rest of the deck (no Undertaker, Dire Wolf Alpha etc). Mad Scientist should be an auto-include as it's totally OP.
Soooo many of the new cards in GvG are focused on the midrange, kkbubble, I'd just wait a couple of weeks for it to come out and make one that can include them.
You can get rid of those mirror images with sludge belcher, if you have a mirror image out also with duplicate it kinda defeats the purpose, and counter spell has always been a mainstay in my deck, two of them and never had any regrets with it.
the mad scientist card is the biggest thing for mage right now, with 6 secrets ( i run 2 counter spell, 2 duplicate, 2 copy minion, 1 ice block) or more you can really cause havoc but also make your opponent have to play differently than they would want to with some copy minion, regardless of if they give you a bad one you have at least forced thier hand to use something to counter your secrets as well as getting a minion

My soul is painted like the wings on butterflies, the fairytales of yesterday will grow but never die. I can fly, my friends.

My comments refer mostly to the wild format.
there aren't enough secrets to justify mad scientist, although loot hoarder is probably better than creeper

4 secrets aren't enough? how many secrets are played usually with Mad Scientist? (serious questionino).
btw where's Counterspell? it's the only saving grace against Flare, and it's annoying all around.

I'm only running 2 secrets

and after some consideration i decided that duplicate was slightly better than counterspell
