Can hearthpawns crew tell us why it doesn't work or have u abandoned the program? if so why is it showing symbols of the innkeeper? Or does it work for anyone except us who already complained about it? So we at least doesn't have hope of it work or not.

I don't know. I can see you can do it manually, but have not tried it, so don't know if that works.

Same here, I guess we have to switch to another app...
After years of not working, I gave up on Innkeeper and I've set up the collection synchronization from Hearthstone Deck Tracker.
It syncs with HSReplay.net and so far it works flawlessly.
