Our developers are aware of the issue with Innkeeper. It stems from changes to the HS client after yesterday's announcement/patch. We will update when we've come to a resolution.
I was more so asking for a communication update. It's been 2 weeks, and they seem to know where the problem is coming from. 2 weeks of downtime after knowing where the problem is seems weird.
Good news everyone. The Innkeeper app was just updated to version 0.4.39 which should solve any syncing issues that appeared with the last Hearthstone patch. It should also mean that Innkeeper is now fully ready for Ashes of Outland!

Thank you very much for fixing innkeeper! I really appreciate the hard work from you and the rest of the team. I'm very sorry to add to the workload, but would it be possible to fix the collection on the website itself? the images for the cards don't load properly.

You can set innkeeper to auto update, then you don't have to actively wait for them.
That's just petty. Someone could find a workaround before a patch comes in.

If I have to bet, I wopuld say the devs rare busy elsewhere or they doesn't work with the Hearthpwn team anymore.
