I've tried on two different computers now and I've headed to the "play" mode of Hearthstone to sync but have not successfully done so yet. This is pretty frustrating. I've even had the Innkeeper open before opening hearthstone. Anyone else having the same problem?
I wish HP would either have everything working or shut it down. Come on HP, are you going to be HP? If not, then Peace.
Agreed; the ability to export my deck easily (granted deck strings are a thing now...) and have my collection automatically tracked/uploaded by the site was my main reason for using this site. It's still useful without it, but not nearly as much. What is so hard about keeping this app up-to-date anyway? Unless something changed and it's unable to read the collection (obviously not the case since HDT can still do it), it should be a fairly simple application, right? Sigh
Please do not post in ancient, outdated threads. Look for more recent posts to post in about a problem, or start a new thread if none exist.
To answer your question: There was a huge Hearthstone update that changed a lot about how things work behind the scenes. Our devs are still working on how to translate those changes into a working Innkeeper again, because the old way of doing things no longer works.
So it is in the hands of our devs, and they are working on it.
