I had the same problem this morning, before the launch, in another account. Now after the launch I haven't been able to log into Hearthstone yet, so I can't say, but this account was working fine before it.
Same here, not syncing and saying he will start syncing after my collection change, but I have already opened all of my packs - what to do? I don't want to craft an epic just to "change" my collection :(. Any suggestions?

Agreed. I've closed the app, and when I returned to it at a later time, it didn't see any new changes to my collection, so it's not syncing all my new cards from the new expansion. Would have been nice to force it to sync.
We also disabled force syncing a year or so ago. When we were being slammed, people would just spam force try again..and it would just make bad things worse :(

Many, if not all, cards already added to collection... and if I get something new now, I can see the update before long. Seems about right :)
You can force the collection to sync, by deleting the innkeeper data file. Just copy the following "%LocalAppData%\Innkeeper" without the hyphens to windows explorer and delete the data file.
Currently the servers are busy/down, so it won't sync even with that, but that's the fix, no need to carft or disenchant cards to change your collection.

Refuses to sync after latest update. The UI is stuck on "Waithing for Hearthstone..." screen. Tried restarting both innkeeper and HS and the computer. innhekeeper.log shows repeated exceptions as per below:

yeah we have hit recorded breaking traffic to ever hit hearthpwn (forum stats say 200k) thats not including people sending collections to innkeeper.
We are working hard to get them syncing for everyone, but right now they are about at a 2% success rate and going up.

im seeing success rates super high now!

I was having the same problem yesterday, i closed all applications and reopened them multiple times and could not get innkeeper to sync.
