Got the same issue, but only if I close the innkeeper UI and then try to reopen later without restarting the machine. Restarting the computer consistently resolves it for me.
Below is from my log. Used app on 9-22 then left it open until the end of 9-23. At that time, I closed the app and put the computer in hibernate. On 9-27, woke the computer from hibernate and attempted to start Innkeeper using the shortcut to update.exe also tried the app in the app-0.4.12 folder. Neither caused the UI to load. Then after 20:49, restarted the machine and then Innkeeper UI opened first try.

Hello. I am also having issues launching Innkeeper. I used it yesterday 10/3/17 and had no issues. After trying to launch this message I've attached popped up. I have not touched the files at all and do not know what is causing this problem. Any help is appreciated.

Having this issue - no window appears when I click the shortcut and nothing appears to be running in task manager.
