Same here, does not work on mobile (Android), but it does work on PC. Seems like it just doesn't work on mobile, because the technology to implement it on mobile is just not there yet.
You are not asking for PC i guess but in Windows, when you copy the deck from PWN, and go to my collection, HS asks do you want to create the deck that you copied. FYI.
In collection manager select an existing deck. Copy one of your decks in the app, then copy one from hearthpwn, now create a new deck. That should trigger the import of the deck you want to import.

I tried this method and it actually works. Thanks mate :)
Tried this on iPhone, but it only makes the deck I already have not the one from hearthpwn :(
Just want to add that when you go to create a new deck and it asks you whether you want to import the one in the clipboard, if you choose "No" the game will clear the clipboard. So if you change your mind you have to get that string back into clipboard again and reenter the deck creation screen.
That's my experience at least. Using a PC, no idea about mobile.
it's not a hs client issue, it's the decklist that isn't getting copied to the clipboard when pressing the button on hearthpwn.
My analysis is the same. I'm on iOS and tried the button on hearthpwn, it said "copied to clipboard" but when I did paste on a random text window it was an old copied text that I did before. So it probably works in hearthstone app but it doesn't get copied from here.
I actually managed it to work now. You need to press the button "view deck string" and copy the text manually from the pop-up window. When you've done that and enter the app and starts a new deck you'll se the note if you want to paste your copied deck. I've done this with iOS and safari.
I've copied deck string from hearthpwn but can't find a way to import it into game on Android. Help please

For Android if you have deck string copied when you go to create a new deck a pop up comes up asking if you wish to use current copied decklist

On iPhone: It works when you copy your own deck in the HS app. But it does not work when copying decks from Hearthpwn.
Found a workaround on Android (s6)
