Hm, they should exist if Innkeeper is starting. That error is just Squirrel's dumb way of saying "this is a fresh install". I'm going to PM you a tool to try to help me track this stupid "Waiting for Hearthstone" bug down.

Innkeeper developer - yup, it's probably my fault.
Looks like a problem with the Cloudflare dDoS Protection to me:
(...and your Codetag isn't working for me... so I cut the logresult...)

I'm having this issue as well. It appears to be caused by CloudFlare's DDOS protection. Here's the log from mine (with the CSS cut out because it's huge and unnecessary):
This has been going on for months, it says for me to open hearthstone but I'm already there...
Is there a file I should reprogram or what?
Can you please post your logs? Start->Run (or press Windows+R), "%LocalAppData%\Innkeeper\Logs", the two files in there.

Actually now I'm curious, how is your app folder still app-0.1.8 in that screenshot? We're up to 0.2.8 now :(

I tried manually loading Hearthpwn, which triggered the CloudFlare check against my browser/IP, but Innkeeper still fails to upload.
This seems to be clearing up now, some abnormal site load due to it being patch day. Collections should start syncing again over the next few minutes.
Innkeeper developer - yup, it's probably my fault.
i still got the error and i'm on version 0.2.8 , i'll pm you my log
however my collection are up to date i think, the olds god are there
