I faced this issue so many times, I tried reinstalling multiple times, I disabled the firewall but innkeeper still refuses to open. The icon of the app is in the system tray and in the task manager. However, it still does not open.
PS: I don't have an antivirus

StaffThis is the most annoying bug to track down since we can't reproduce it and also can't get any useful logging about it. Are you using ZoneAlarm? We've had multiple reports of ZA just breaking everything :(
Innkeeper developer - yup, it's probably my fault.
No, I only have Windows Defender which is included in Win10
I, too have been experiencing this problem. I reinstalled it once, and it ran until I closed it. After that, it still doesn't boot. I don't have zone alarm; I use windows defender.
If there's any way I can contribute logs or something to help to find the problem, let me know.
Yeah same here haven't been able to boot it for ages.

I have tried to reinstall Innkeeper multiple times but it never opened.

StaffThe FAQ post explains how to find/post logs. We hope to have an alpha build out shortly that you can try, that has some better logging on the thing that usually breaks and might help us narrow this down further than "well it's probably ZoneAlarm being stupid".

I removed Inkeeper, then downloaded it again, and tried to open it. The Innkeeper log were in double, so I only left the first half (basically the same thing happened when I tried to open it manually).

Innkeeper developer - yup, it's probably my fault.
I was having the same issue for months not being able to see the InnKeeper UI When I looked in Windows Task Manager the application showed as ruining as well as 4 copies of Electron (32 bit) as this image shows:
It also shows in my windows taskbar:
I wanted to let you know I figured out what seemed to be the cause and it now works as intended, but I can not use my VPN as this is what causes the UI for InnKeeper to not be visible. I hope this helps you to fix the issue? Is there a ways I can use my VPN Program ( IPVanish ) and InnKeeper? Please help?

I had the same issue but i went into my task manager and closed all aplications that related to the inn keeper then i tried it again and it worked idk if it was just dumb luck or i actually did something but it worked for me
