Well, that's a new one. It looks like you're connecting through a proxy server that doesn't support the "100 Continue" response. I'll see what we can do to fix that issue on our end, it may take a few days since everyone has run away for Easter weekend :(

Same message when I trying to create new account through Innkeeper.
Windows 10. Windows defender is off. Windows firewall is off.
Is there anything useful in the log file? Start->Run, "notepad %localappdata%\Innkeeper\innkeeper.log".
