I thought it'd be tough since I don't have any wild cards, but there's so many pirate warriors which are a super easy matchup for aggro shaman (I'm playing standard aggro shaman with 2 crackles instead of azure drakes). And having 8 burn spells is a little ridiculous too. I've actually gunned people down from 20 HP with damage from hand on like turn 8, which isn't really possible in standard.
Dr boom is a nonfactor since games rarely last long enough for that to become relevant. Even other OP things like sludge belcher are rarely a factor since my opponent is within burn range in by turn 5 in many games. (and the extra crackles make taunts less meaningful)

Pretty sure I ran into you the other day on my Reno Mage. Wild can be weird. One day it's nothing but aggro then flips on a dime and everything is greedy Reno/n'zoth decks. My time on ladder can be random and more limited which would explain the wide variance.
Meh. I still won't play Wild. I don't care about easier. I want a challenge.
Like standard, that depends heavily on the deck, you're playing. Plus, you run into weird decks more often in wild. The meta will probably get shaken up after the balance changes.
Once I hit legend, I have played both wild and standard to keep the game fresh, hiting rank 3-5 in both the past 4 months. Plus, it helps with my progress on golden portraits :p. I am 22 wins away from golden Jaina.

Yes, it's easier. But i reckon there are more smorc decks in wild than standard. It was that last season at least.
Everything that isn't about elephants is irrelephant.
