Gifts Ungiven: Your opponent and you switch hero powers.
Roleplay: You and your opponent switch decks.
Zero Cool: Your minions now appear as if they are wisp with 0 casting cost and gain "Battlecry: Revert back to its original minion."
Double Up: Sounds good, I recall proposing this idea some time ago. Certain shenanigans still exist, but nothing too game breaking from the first glance.
Gifts Ungiven: Start with warrior, get mage power, ping+Execute their whatevers - funny. Probably would play against netdecking, and should I play a rogue, I'd include Poisoned Blade in that deck for sure.
Roleplay: A reverse Gifts Ungiven, since you retain hero power - I think those decks would consist of 30 Target Dummys on paladin hero all the way. Aka something TOO STUPID. Could of launch but will be too twisted IMO.
Zero Cool: Ha ha, vomit your hand, end up with Deathwing, Kel'Thuzad and Ysera, win turn one. And no Brawl until t5. No wai.
Imagine a Brawl where there are no restrictions outside those we have in constructed BUT you can chose what order you draw all your cards. This could be done by instead of the deck list is sorted by mana cost and in alphabetic order, you can chose the order yourself, and you draw the deck from the top to bottom.
Cards shuffled between decks. Yes, I love getting your poison on my mage, or shield slam on shaman :D

Each of the 7 spots Where minions can be placed are lanes. Minion in lane 1 must attack opposing minion in lane 1, if no enemy minion present, attacks face.
Does this make sense? I'm sure implementation would be a nightmare.
Not sure if there ever has been a tavern brawl like this before, but I'd love to see one where you get to make a deck from the full standard collection. This would be great for people that don't have a full collection and want to try out different decks without the need to craft the cards and then realizing that the deck/card doesn't really suit you as much as you thought it would. I think a lot of innovative ideas might come out of this.
I'd love to see this also done for a wild format, as well as maybe go even crazier and include just really all the cards, even uncollectibles. Lots of OPOP stuff will be played in that though I think, but I imagine it'd be crazy fun.
The best Brawls for me were Top 2, Miniature Warfare, and Heart of the Sunwell. Because they required you to build a special deck but not the same deck that you use in constructed, and thus, the gameplay was much more different than ranked, and fun. That's why I'd like to see two Brawls like this:
At the start of the game, swap decks with your opponent
Similar to the Rafaam encounter in LoE when he steals your deck, but now you also steal his deck. You can build a bad deck for you opponent, but considering he will try to do the same, it would make hilarious moments and be pure fun for the creative players.
Build a deck, you can use cards from ANY class, even if you do not own them.
The dream of every F2P player, and also of every player who wants to try new things. Much better than those RNG fiesta brawls.
In the last co-op brawl vs neferian there was a spell where both players switched their hands. So I think a brawl that uses that would be fun. Something like "every 2 turns players exchange their hands" so you get to see what your opponents cards are, and get to play some of them.

Man, building the world's worst deck and seeing your opponent struggling with it would be hilarious. We need this Brawl.

1. Inspire effects are triggered twice.
2. You start at 10 mana and go down to 1.
3. 15 cards in a deck.
4. Decks are filled with random legendaries.
At the start of your turn, lose 100 Dust and transform all cards in your hand to one of a higher rarity :)
Make the Card: The biggest thread on the site!
My mandibles which are capable of pressing down and tearing, my talons which are known to intercept and hold.

All spells without chosen targets behave like secrets-- sitting in play until the beginning of your next turn, when they then fire.
It would make an interesting challenge, as you could in theory guess each spell by its cost and class, or at least narrow it down some.
Counterbalanced by the fact that you have spells firing a turn after they're played, when they may no longer be relevant.
Triple Threat matches and Fatal Four Ways. And Tag Team. TAVERN MANIAAAAA!!

Should you craft/disenchant (Golden) Sylvanas or Ragnaros?
