I'm a humble and friendly european indie living in Asia. During the day I build computer games. During the night, I am batma I build computer games. Together with a wonderful artist, I help run this very unique comic site : Comic Devs
On my main? Haven't lost yet, haven't also played it and won't - it's not worth it.
On my second account (on which I only have Miracle as a proper deck) I have been using Miracle Rogue just because I wanted to waste the gold and I am currently standing at 5-2 - so it could be that I'll break even :D
I have to admit that there weren't many Shamans (two) and that I had some OP starting hands.
I have no intention of playing, as I do not believe I have the skills to come out ahead. I also don't have any plans to watch others play on Twitch.
That said, however, I still think the heroic brawl is a great idea, that allows content for some of the more hardcore players, and not just for the casual f2p'ers (like me).
Not all content has to be aimed at you to be great.
I went in with Dragon Priest and ended up going 8-3! 7 out of 11 games were Shaman and I went 5-2 against them specifically. Definitely not going in again lol.
Record against shamans is 8-1 by the way, with the one loss being extremely close. I had a loss in each of my runs against a tempo mage and an anyfin paladin, the 2nd anyfin I almost won, after I included a tinkmaster instead of shield block.

I'm thinking about using a similar list. Currently I ladder with that Metacrusher C'Thun Control Warrior, but I have a terrible winrate vs Shamans, even though that deck is a counter to them. Dunno what I'm doing wrong - if I draw poorly, I get outplayed hard, if I draw acceptably, I win hard. Might ladder a bit with your decklist and see how it goes. I might get on the brawl on the weekend.
Hoping to try it this weekend. I've been saving gold for MSG but I aso preordered, so why not try something that's the closest to a hearthstone tournament that has ever been?
not sure what to run though:
-tempo mage, for equal chances vs non-shaman decks
-freeze mages, focusing on shaman
-otk velen priest/mixed with zetalot's shadowform/giants deck.
My advice is simply not to play this unless you are a very dedicated player. The way it works is the top 10% which includes pros and streamers expect to bottom-feed on the other 90% of the population.
If they can't bottom-feed then they compete with each other which means fewer rewards for the elite few. I for one will abstain from this brawl.

I wanted to start this thread =[
My 2 runs
I played control warrior, here's the list:
Record against shamans is 8-1 by the way, with the one loss being extremely close. I had a loss in each of my runs against a tempo mage and an anyfin paladin, the 2nd anyfin I almost won, after I included a tinkmaster instead of shield block.
6-2 now with Miracle Rogue - holy...
I've no clue what I'm doing...
I played cause I don't value money and have enough to play.
5-3 with a control shaman who sucks at playing against midrange therefore my 3 losses.
I've got 230gold, 6packs and 210 dust. Packs contained 1 ragnaros the lightlord and 1 forbidden mana (best 2).
Suck My Lollipop!
Question is that old god packs worth it ? I mean I would prefer to get 10 msg packs instead of 25 old god packs.
I've no clue what I'm doing...

11-3 with Anyfin Paladin.
No way to spend money and gold, just save my gold waiting for the new expansion
3-3.
I lost twice cuz i couldnt draw fireball for 3 turns :(
could be a better run, but luck is a luck.
this thread needs a poll
