29th March update: Legend again with Jade Dragon Druid (1080p)
Two things to highlight in this video:
1) The first clip showcases Secrets Mage getting Jade Idol - disgusting.
2) The second clip showcases my road to legend in the March season - beating a Cubelock with Jade Dragon Druid. Sorry for the poor quality - I recorded this on my iPad, and was not paying attention... until I realised I could win, beat the final boss and get legend!
4th April update: Zeddy's Jade Druid with Kael'thas: Outlasting Big Priests / Praising Yogg (1080p)
All of my previous Jade Druid videos have focused on either dragons, or on Ysera Unleased. This video marks a departure from that strategy, as I try to get to grips with Kael'thas. Turns out, you actually need to think and plan ahead!
We take down a Reno Priest, Secrets Mage, Pirate Warrior and Mech Paladin. Some pretty cool Yogg moments in this video, as well as a very long game against a Big Priest. A few misplays from me - but, we still outlast the Priest and survive multiple waves of threats. Exhausting, but fun.
5th April update: Kael'thas Yogg Jade Druid vs C'Thun Warrior: Battle of the Old Gods! (1080p)
Zeddy's Jade Druid has taken me to Diamond Rank 5. I'm thrilled with that result on day 5 of the April season. One game that I really wanted to showcase was a battle against C'Thun Warrior. Yogg vs C'Thun! A really interesting game...
Thanks to GetMeowth (https://twitter.com/GetMeowth) for this glorious deck. Jade Golems. Shudderwock, and some cool new Ashes Of Outland cards. This deck seems to do very well against Secrets Mage and other aggressive decks. Quest Mage can be a problem though!
10th April update: PyroT3chnica's Renolock: Making Demon Hunters rage quit? (1080p)
5 Demon Hunters have fallen to this deck (pre-nerf). It is great against aggro - lots of nice tools for survival and healing. The final game against the Reno Hunter does show that we can go the distance too. Lots of fun!
11th April update: Astralsflame's WILD Discard Warlock: Not sure what's happening, but this is fun! (1080p)
Hir'eek, grant me wings! Must be nice to have wings. You could fly to your destination. No walking. No taking public transport...
Thanks to Astralsflame (https://twitter.com/astralsflame) for the deck. He managed to get legend with it. This is a deck that you rarely see on EU, so it certainly has the surprise factor.
I launched into playing the deck without thinking. Still managed to get lucky, but was probably bad with my mulligans and ordering. I came to realise that playing this deck goes beyond relying on discard RNG. There are decisions to be made. You draw through the deck quickly. You have one big board clear spell. So you need to use your resources carefully...
12th April update: Beardyman's Murloc Paladin: Updated for Ashes of Outland / ft. Nozdormu (1080p)
Beardyman (https://twitter.com/BeardymanUK) has successfully updated his Murloc Paladin deck for the new expansion. Nozdormu the Timeless! Goes very well with Tip the Scales ;-) My plays in the first game against the Secrets Mage were rather sketchy... but as usual with a new deck, things get better as I play more games.
13th April update: tbranson1's WILD Big Recruit Warrior: Facing a Rez Priest called 'God'?! (1080p)
Ah yes. Recruit Warrior (or "Big Warrior"). Great to see a viable deck. Thanks to tbranson1. An interesting series of games, including a Priest called "God", who was playing a standard deck?! Of course, it makes sense that "God" was playing a resurrection deck!
14th April update: PilesOfNoodles STANDARD Murloc Paladin - Murgurgle Prime is awesome (1080p)
Thanks to PilesOfNoodles for this deck. Murloc Paladin aims to curve out well, buff the health of your murlocs so they survive, and to then buff their attack power and win. The last game against the Druid was crazy. I was set to win - but then he started healing and taunting up. Only one minion could save me. Murgurgle Prime!
15th April update: Tackling a Mage Meta with Murloc Paladin & Tips from Beardyman! (1080p)
Back to Beardyman's Murloc Paladin - tackling a Quest Mage meta. Some great tips from Beardyman (i.e. the Murloc Master). A really cool final game against a Quest Mage, which resulted in me learning a lesson and making a new friend...
18th April update: CrazyPigeon's STANDARD Spell Dragon Priest, ft. Murozond & Skeletal Dragon (1080p)
Diamond Rank 5 with this glorious deck - beating a range of Standard meta decks. Murozond wins games. Skeletal Dragon wins games. Get lucky with Galakrond and win games.
19th April update: Beardyman's WILD Reno Murloc Paladin: Battle of the 4 drops! Nozdormu vs Faceless! (1080p)
4 Mana 7-7 Flamewreathed Faceless vs 4 Mana 8-8 Nozdormu the Timeless!
In time, all things are possible. Nozdormu offers great advice! Thanks to Beardyman for this Reno Murloc Paladin deck. Our luck in this video was insane! A super cool deck to play, ask any questions you have in the comments section of the video, and Beardyman will answer you.

9th May update: Philipp's Reno N'Zoth Warrior: Top-deck miracles again and again... (1080p)
Thanks to Philipp (https://twitter.com/PHearthstone) for this awesome Reno Warrior deck. Very refreshing to play. The final game against the Even Shaman was full of misplays. I guess it doesn't matter, since I won? :-)

16th May update: Skawhomp's STANDARD Highlander Warlock: YOU FACE JARAXXUS! (1080p)
You face Jaraxxus, Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion! It's been too long. Remember the days when everyone played Lord Jaraxxus? Finally in 2020, I have found a deck with Lord Jaraxxus, that can win games for me on Standard. I will admit, my win rate isn't especially high, but I put that down to my play style needing improvement!

I think it is viable for climbing the ladder - but you need to get lucky, more so than with a more consistent deck. So the climb will be slower. Is it tier 1? No. Is it fun and rewarding? Yes! Drawing Anka at the right time seems to be crucial.
