27th October update: Dane's WILD Big Rogue vs Big Priest - Acidmaw shenanigans! (1080p)
Dane's Big Rogue has been an interesting deck to play. You can sometimes cheat out big minions faster than Big Priest. I am not sure about the Cubes in this deck. Summoning a Cube or even a Mad Scientist from Barnes is questionable. Still, this is a really fun deck to play. Watch out for Acidmaw, which wins me the game against Big Priest. Very unexpected!
Today, we are looking at Getmeowth's Deathrattle hunter - always good to see the return of Nerubian Egg. Goblin Prank is an interesting deathrattle trigger - something that you don't see played much. Also, my Sylvanas RNG is pretty good!!
18th November update: Duwin's WILD Subject 9 Hunter Part 2 - Freezing Trap VALUE (1080p)
Duwin's Subject 9 Hunter continues to be an incredibly fun deck to play on wild mode. I went from rank 5 to rank 3 without losing any games. One common theme was how Freezing Trap stopped big minions like Aya and Sea Giants from attacking. I don't think my plays were always perfect, but, the strength of the deck is still evident against tier 1 meta decks.
5:17 Subject 9 + Cloaked Huntress = Free Secrets + A Secret Keeper on board = VALUE
8:00 My poor opponent can't attack with Aya, due to the Freezing Trap... The power of Freezing Trap!
12:24 An Even Shaman that coins a Hex out and then plays another Hex the turn after (12:45)!
14:40 Once again, fear of Freezing Trap proves useful - stopping a Sea Giant from attacking...
16:45 Devolve into Pyros is pretty cool.
20:00 I mess up at this point in the game. I could have played Azalina to steal a Fire Elemental which I knew was in his hand. That would have ended the game. I was too preoccupied with the board and thinking I could get lethal from Explosive Trap.
23:35 Finally the Quickshot ends the game. On reflection, I should have played Azalina earlier perhaps...
25:09 Shadowfiend from Wandering Monster is awesome! How many turns will it stay alive?
30:28 Getting a wide early board against aggro Paladin more or less guarantees a win. If they can't keep dudes on board, they lose.
24th November update: Wild Elemental Even Shaman - Missed lethals, King Mosh & fun times (1080p)
Elemental Even Shaman with Jade cards. Some interesting card choices... Jade Spirit? Is it worth playing? When you can get Grumble value, I suppose it is decent. No Crackles. Only ONE copy of the 4 mana 7-7. The question is... whether this Elemental Even Shaman is better than the traditional Even Shaman build. I was so impressed by this deck that I missed lethal in the final game :-) Silly me! Oh and that final game... Only Deathwing could have saved my opponent. He had King Mosh instead - which was nearly as good (thanks to Pinata)!
25th November update: Trying out RenoJackson's N'Zoth Taunt Druid - dodging Hexes & Devolves (1080p)
This is my last video before the next expansion releases. Thought I would have some fun with Taunt Druid. The deck doesn't feel overpowered or top tier against other decks in the meta - but, if piloted correctly, it can take advantage of some serious value (Floop and Banker with Hadranox or N'Zoth). I only played three games with the deck (all 3 are in this video). As I started to get to grips with it, I started to enjoy it more and more. Some of my decisions in the 3rd game were questionable - but I still managed to win.
2nd December update: WILD Dragon OTK Priest - Gimme your Kingsbane! (1080p)
Drakonid operative stealing Kingsbane is truly glorious. Need a deck to play whilst waiting for Rastakhan's Rumble? Try this wild Dragon Priest deck! Thanks to Nicola Marconi on Twitter for this deck - which was taken to legend (https://twitter.com/NicolaMarconi/status/1068632771109814273)
3rd December update: WILD Dragon OTK Priest Part 2 - Walking down memory lane against Patron Warrior! (1080p)
Another go with Dragon OTK Priest. This video proves that the deck can stand up against tier 1 wild meta decks (Odd Paladin and Even Shaman). And then there was that fascinating game against Patron Warrior!!
5th December update: Duwin's WILD Rastakhan Zul'jin Secrets Hunter - never drawing Zul'jin... (1080p)
Duwin (Team Onetrick) is at it again - creating more cool Hunter decks. Zul'jin is a lot of fun to play - very effective against the Even Shamans I have been facing on ladder. The questions to ask are: 1) Is Zul'jin woth including if it delays you playing Deathstalker Rexxar (Rexxar can be stuck in your hand until Zul'jin arrives). 2) Is the selection of spells the most optimal selection (Crushing Walls, Multishot, Deadly Shot).
6th December update: Duwin's WILD Rastakhan Mojomaster Secrets Hunter: missing lethal for science! (1080p)
Duwin (https://twitter.com/DuwinHS) from team One Trick (https://twitter.com/TeamOneTrick) continues to provide us with interesting new Hunter decks. Here, we try out Mojomaster Zihi - an interesting way of disrupting combo based classes. In this video, we try him out against Taunt Druid. I missed lethal in order to play Zihi - all for science!
7th December update: Freschca's Standard Big Spell Mage with Jan'alai: Feeling sorry for Hunters (1080p)
Wait a minute. What's going on? I am playing Standard?!? Until they fix the Brann / Dragonhawk bug in Wild, I will continue playing Big Spell Mage in Standard. Super fun deck to play. I tried the deck out in Tavern Brawl with some interesting results:
8:20 Spirit of the Shark - my opponent was obsessed with this card. In the long run, it didn't work out.
12:44 My Rag likes to go face :-)
22:35 Grinding Zoolocks down into conceding feels good.
24:37 Feeling sorry for my Hunter opponent.. Howlfiend was most unfortunate.
27:07 Feeling sorry for my Hunter opponent again...
30:40 Feeling sorry for my Hunter opponent... surely not again!
33:02 This Hunter was luckier than the previous 3 Hunters... turns out Zul'jin can give you lethal...
8th December update: Beardyman's WILD Rez Me Mon Shaman with Da Undatakah: Wrecking Kingsbane Rogue! (1080p)
Undatakah? Kel'Thuzad? Rez effects that don't feel broken or overpowered (cough *Big Priest* cough)? I'm playing Beardyman's Rez Shaman - with Ancestral Spirit and Reincarnate. So much fun! Beardyman frequently comes up with awesome deck ideas - check him out on Twitter (https://twitter.com/BeardymanHS).
9th December update: Slizzle466's WILD Thekal Giants Paladin - Can we nerf Maelstrom Portal please? (1080p)
Pirates! High Priest Thekal! Giants! Slizzle466 managed to get to rank 1 with this deck. If you curve out well, the deck has a strong chance of overwhelming your opponent with small aggressive minions, supported by large Sea Giants. If you are lucky, you will have Thekal and Molten Giants in your hand together :-)
10th December update: Control's WILD Discardlock - High Priestess Jeklik is my new favourite card (1080p)
The Rastakhan expansion has made Discardlock more viable. This deck is so much fun to play :-) However, Even Shamans and Big Priests can still be a challenge! Wrecking a Jade Druid twice felt good though. I had no idea what I was doing... but it all worked out!
11th December update: Slizzle466's Oondasta Deathrattle Hunter - Devilsaurs should only ever go face! (1080p)
Continuing to try out new Rastakhan decks - this time with Oondasta Secrets / Deathrattle Hunter. Two things to note: 1) Devilsaurs should always go face. 2) Even Shaman is still strong. Very strong...
15th December update: Kolento's Zul'jin Hunter - Forever playing around Rat Trap (1080p)
I really enjoyed playing Zul'jin Hunter on Wild mode. Time to try it on Standard! I find the Standard ladder to be a little more forgiving compared to Wild.
Beardyman never steers me wrong. His Rez Shaman was a lot of fun to play. Now he presents me with this Mech Mage. A Mech Mage that destroyed a Kingsbane Rogue. Merry Christmas everyone! Deck code: AAEBAf0EBPoO3A+i0wKggAMNuwKOD5QPhRCQEN8Wzu8Cn/UCpfUCmfcC9v0C1/4CzIEDAA==

In this video, we ponder the viability of Mech Mage. How well does it do against a wild meta infested with Big Priests and Even Shamans?
I am also giving away 50 packs (Rastakhan's Rumble Pre-purchase gift). The video explains how to enter the competition.
