I've been playing Hearthstone for a while now, I play a lot and I'm realising the MMR is so faked up. Why exactly?
I reached Rank 12 the past season and now I can't go through Rank 18, what's going on?
I have several cool decks, some made up by me and others are decks introduced by players claiming to hit Legend rank with them.
Every time is always the same: - I create a new deck - It works for 3-4 games - Then I'm matched up with counter decks and even worst, my deck seems not to work anymore, I draw bad all the time etc... - I create a different deck, and it works, the story goes on over and over.
What's wrong with this MMR? Is it faked to push us to pay for more cards?

How come when someone raise this issue a lot of people just come in and state this is a conspiracy theory with tin foil hat on?
I have the same exact concern with OP. A deck seems only to work well, in Constructed, when it is newly made. Then after winning a few solid games the draws are so bad and you go on a losing streak. This doesn't happen all the time but it does happen often.
I say give it some time. The lower ranks are full of players who game straight from higher ranks this early in the season. Once they reach higher om the ladder in a week or two, the lower ranks will once again be easy to climb through
The ranked system does not (primarily) use an MMR*. You are matched with other people as close to the same rank as possible, probably without regard to any estimate of your performance.
What this means is that after the reset each month, everyone is clawing back up the ladder. Legend players start at 16/3 stars and people who haven't played start at 25, but if someone starts at 25 and gets to 15 relatively quickly, they'll be playing the slower players from legend the previous month, and their decks.
As the month progresses, the more active players and stronger players move up fast, while others move up more slowly, and lower ranks become easier as a result. Probably the easiest time to move through lower ranks is somewhere near the end of the month, offset perhaps by more serious but inactive players coming back in the last week to rush through getting the card back.
If you'd like to play with an MMR system that tries to match you against other similarly-performing players, Casual mode offers that. While my normal account is in NA, I play an f2p account on EU as well, and complete quests in casual mode using basic decks while laddering with one decent quality deck in ranked. Because casual uses an MMR, and I'm using weak decks there, I can get my quests done relatively quickly because I'm matched against other players in a similar position. Playing ranked, I'm up against all the usual meta deck suspects.
Hope that helps with understanding what's going on.
* It's pretty clear that Hearthstone does at least retain an Elo-like estimation of skill in ranked mode, even if it's not the main mechanism for matching. This is how the game chooses new Legend players' rankings, and how matching is done for legend players. I'm not sure we know if it's used as a secondary input for matchmaking at lower ranks.
Not that it affects your very valid point, but Legend players are reset to rank 15, while rank 1 players go to rank 16. Interestingly, this places Legend players just above a rank floor in the new system.
I guess None of the legend Players really care about a rank 15 floor ;)
Well...the people you playing against seem to have MMR working fine for them...
This is why the conspiracy theory threads never gain any traction. For some people to get screwed by being matched against decks that counter them, others must be matched against decks representing a likely win. Well then, what is the other variable? If the claim is that the system is rigged, then to what end? How does Blizzard pick who wins and who loses?

Why don't you create a new deck and play 3 games. After those 3 victories you create another deck and play (and win) 3 more games. Then you create another new deck and so on ;)
That's what I'm doing now to climb the ladder and it works, but do we really need to play like that? O.o

Well because before you reach legend mmr is not a thing in hearthstone. Legend players get kicked to the lowest quartile at the beginning of each season, so does everyone, so at low ranks you are facing the entire range of skill and decks in the game. Your deck and your level of skill are not good enough to win against every matchup and the best players in the game. If you are rank 12 you are in the top 50% or better of players. But between 50 and 30 percent of people are better than you. And weird low tier decks you see at low ranks also counter mid tier decks. This meta is super diverse so low tier decks are better than ever before, and so you see more counters and more players who are better than you in the first week of a season before the first legend rush settles. Then comes the second wave which you probably join til rank 12 and the third which passes you by because it is mostly people from rank 10+ anyway.
Matchmaking rating (MMR) is a special internal rating system used for certain types of matchmaking. Hearthstone uses separate MMRs for different types of play, such as Casual Play mode, Legend-level Ranked play, and non-cooperative Tavern Brawls.[9][2] Each MMR is determined independently and does not affect other types of play. MMRs are 'hidden' and cannot be viewed by players.
MMRs are used for the following types of matchmaking:
The amount of MMR gained or lost is dependent on the MMR of your opponent.[1][13]
MMR adjustments are not affected by the duration of the match;[14] or what cards are in either player's deck.[15]
Casual Play mode MMR is adjusted quickly when a player experiences a win or lose streak.[16]
While MMR is not used in sub-Legend Ranked Play matches, it is still recorded and altered after each match.[11] It is unknown whether or not cooperative Tavern Brawls (which do not use MMR for matchmaking) affect the player's MMR.
All Ranked Play mode MMRs are reset at the start of each Season.[17] Casual Play mode MMRs do not reset.[17] Tavern Brawl MMR does not reset, and carries over from week to week.[18]

It's a new season and people who reached rank 10 or rank 5 are now rank 18 or rank 17.
MMR is not a thing before legend, as others have pointed out. When you play more HS, you'll realize winning/losing streak is a common thing. 3-4 wins don't make any deck good.
You will always get some good and some bad matchups, that life deal with it. The difference you can make is to not get salty after 1 loss and just keep playing "good". And you can also learn about the matchups so you can win more bad matchups than the games where you just had the god curve or something. Stick to 1 deck so you can learn the bad matchups.

Yet another conspiracy theory thread, because you can't just be unlucky. You can't just be bad. It has to be Blizzard personally out to get you.
Give it more than no thought next time you want to post something like this.

You realize that almost everyone starts with rank 18-20 at the start of the month right ?
There is MMR in Hearthstone? Where did you get that information from?

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
