Subject 9 is fine, as it will also rotate in April.
Dragonbane will remain until 2021 though, and it's being performing really well lately. It's a strong card. Unless you have no interest in Hunter whatsoever, you should at least keep it until 2021.
Probably subject9 is not bad in wild and in standard has seen a lot of use in hunter even tho the new 2.3 beast has replace it. Dont think i would dust it anyway
NO. First off, those cards are not bad at all, and second off, don't copy that stupid netdeck. You see too many people playing that crap all the time. Be an individual, and make your own fun decks! If you just want to win to get your golden epic at the end of the month, play face hunter to get those fast wins at a cheap price. Don't ever dust stuff anyway because you never know when it'll be good, and you get absolutely terrible value from it. You literally get 25% of the value back. It's almost as bad as selling old games to gamestop. Not to mention the fact that you now have a chance to open up those same legendaries again, so that's like losing another 1200 dust.

What is it with people like you being so pushy and demanding about how other people play the game? Some people don't have the time, experience or knowledge to put together decent decks. Whether people like to admit it or not, it's a skill and having knowledge of enough cards to know what can synergise with what, even for fun or meme decks isn't just something everyone can do. They'll try and make something, find out it's awful and get panned repeatedly and potentially quit the game altogether because they just aren't having fun. There are plenty of tier 1/2 decks that are fun, more fun than trying and failing to make some crappy homebrew deck just because some spotty wanker on the Internet wants to do the same and gets annoyed because they aren't effective.
My brother for example plays this game ridiculously casually. Willaybe play for a couple of weeks here and there every few months. He got really fed up with the game and sacked it off all together until I pointed him to this site and showed him how to get some decent decks.
Some people just aren't good at that, why try and pigeon home everyone into your particular preference of playing? You lot are really tiresome.

Dragonbane and subject 9 to craft Lunas pocket and Kalecgos
maybe subject 9, definitely would keep dragonbane. i'd only craft kalecgos of these as well
Don't craft Luna's Pocket Galaxy, it's gonna rotate in ~2 months.

Keep dragonbane 100%
Also you can make a highlander hunter deck that actually works with both of those for maximum flex
I actually crafted a Dragonbane since I really liked the mech package in the highlander hunter. It s a super strong card so I would advise keepimg it
