The Art of Warfare Hearthstone community is recruiting new members.
The requirements to oin are simple. They include: being mature, attending one mandatory practice per week (Wednesday’s @ 9PM EST for the North American server and Tuesday’s @ 21:00 CET for the European server), being a team player, and going through a simple training process.
The Hearthstone division currently has over 60 players(~40 NA, ~24 EU). Everyone is welcome to join regardless of rank or skill.
We offer a full website and forum, a TeamSpeak 3 Server with active players each day and special events which include:
Individual and group coaching - For those wanting to improve their play and ladder ranking
Team Hearthstone In House Tournaments - For those looking to play in a team system where you work together to beat another team in a team league format
In House Individual Tournaments - For those wanting practice in Conquest format tournaments
If you have any questions or comments feel free to post here, add Zospo#1701 (North American server) or Pharao#2959 (European server) for further explanation.
This is a great community! The game is awesome, you have a great group to work with and talk to about how to make a better deck. We host tournaments that are opened up to the greater gaming world. We are a great community with amazing people. Check out TAW.net for more information!
how many of you are actually in NA, how much in EU? couldnt find that information, so I assume its quite onesided :P (no offense tho, but thats usually how things go :P)
Hey @Vinotan! We just started our EU team and it is fairly small at the moment. The good news is we hold EU server practices with our NA members in an effort to build a player base on that server. I expect a solid team on EU in the coming months. If you are still looking for a team you should consider The Art of Warfare regardless of our current numbers on EU. We are growing steadily and I am excited to see what develops in the coming months!
I joined this team just over a month ago in hopes to get feedback on my decks and gameplay. I never expected the level of support I get with TAW! My game has improved more than I can explain! I get to test theory craft decks and bounce ideas off other members. The new spectator mode helps even more! We have people of all levels, from pre rank 20 to legend. We also have Arena players and hold open tourneys. TAW offers something for everyone. Check out taw.net for more info on our group.
First of all: Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated.
2nd: Can you give me a number of how many EU players you have?
Dont get me wrong, but somehow every Clan/Team which presents themselfes here or in the official Blizz forums lacks information about how many players they have in every region. Thats quite suspicious for me, like they try to hide that information on purpose :-D (maybe I'm just crazy :P)
The point is: I am a legend ranked player, I dont really need a team to get feedback on my decks or ideas (things that players from other regions could offer without being on my server) because I have Hearthpwn for that. I can read guides for ideas, I get feedback for the guides I've written.
What I really need is people to practice with and to go to tournaments with.
And therefore it is complete irrelevant for me that this clan has 2400 members, because its all about Hearthstone for me. An you have according to your homepage 34 HS players. From which I assume are the mayority on NA. Plus I gotta assume some of those players are not sirious HS players in the first place but are in the Clan for lets say Battlefield and just play HS occasionly (but I could be wrong on that one)
Hope you can understand me and my concerns a 'lil bit.
To answer your first question, we currently have 3 official EU players. However the remaining players, which are NA, do play on EU as well. We're looking to expand our EU division, which is why one the reasons we posted here.
No one is trying to hide the information, the reason I didn't specify is because we do have people that play across servers. It wouldn't make sense to give a concrete number. Another reason I didn't specify is because we have new people joining all the time. We'd have to edit the post every time we gained or lost a player. If you wanted the information just ask (like you did).
The entire point of TAW Hearthstone is to get better. That's what our community revolves around. We have two practices a week, hold tournaments, and our Teamspeak is often filled with TAWHS members looking to play and improve.
It may be irrelevant for you that TAW has over 2400 members, but this post isn't directed for you specifically. You have your own motives, this post is for the general audience. Almost all of our Hearthstone players are competitive and take this game seriously and they are in the community specifically for Hearthstone. We do have the occasional League or StarCraft player come into our channel looking to play in between their matches however.
I hope this answered the questions you asked in your previous post. Feel free to post again with any other questions or concerns that you may have.
