"It’s time to crown a World Champion, as well as time for you to choose your champion and reap some rewards! The culmination of the 2016 Hearthstone Championship Tour is nearly upon us!"
I gotta have to say that the discardlock is like the weakest deck in this tournament lineup right now. So I have to take out all discardlock users.
Then, I'm gonna take out all tempo mage decks because they as well are very weak in this lineup.
Sadly, the priest player as well is out lol
And so Handsomeguy and Breath are left. Furthermore, I am rooting for one of the Asians and well those 2 are asians. I liked how Handsomeguy played during the spring championship and this is why I am rooting for him. He's ma man
u are wrong, tempo mage is huge versus midrange shamans. How much decks of midrange shamans are on the tournament? 16. So.... and mage is also pretty good vs druids and 50\50 vs hunters, i bet that either tempo mage or freeze mage player will win, but the only freeze deck is pretty retarded for me, no pyro or kobold
Group D: OmegaZero (1,055), DDaHyoNi (1,040), HotMEOWTH (1,121), Pavel (1,282) +161 Pavel
Finals (Not sure which group winner faces who/maybe it's random):
ThijsNL (1,218) vs Cheonsu (1,058) vs DrHippi (1,198) vs Pavel (1,282) +64 Pavel
I don't follow the competitive seen much, so I wasn't really sure who to pick either. It seems like betting on Hippi, Thijs, or Pavel will be safe (then again, this is Hearthstone).
Four groups of four players (one from each region) will compete in a dual-tournament format until only eight remain, at which point the program shifts to a single-elimination bracket. All matches will be played in a Conquest format where competitors get to ban one of their opponent’s five decks.
Decks-see for yourself. This takes too long to type >.<
Who to pick:
Just pick Thijs so you don't look like an idiot if he wins and if he loses you can say you just did what everyone else was doing. I'm Picking Pavel, if that wasn't obvious.
I was not too familiar with the eSport community so I googled a few of the pros during the first round of champion choosing. I ended up going with the Russian player, Pavel. He's in the quarterfinals now, making me a happy camper thus far.
I may just pick someone at random, don't care too much about watching but free packs are always welcome!

Probably the winner won't have any control decklist so I'm voting for bgungun guy or other like him
