Infinite turns aren't possible in any way, see Bouncing Blade . If you Commanding Shout a card and it's the only minion on the field, the effect will stop after 80 turns.
Yeah the mistress, auchenai combo does loop but i jist want to test the interaction with ice block to see how long it would last.

Just watched that video and it was HILARIOUS, thats what you get for stealing a demon from a warlock.....
Also what about the Bouncing blade Commanding shout thing? Would it run until a certain amount of time before stopping? Would that crash the game? If you did that with say two armor smiths and a acoloyte of pain or two would you just keep getting armor and drawing cards?
I know that one! It just stops bouoncing if nothing can be killed. It was stated soon after the release of bouncing blades. Can't seem to find it though.
About the armorsmiths and acolytes of pain they would work as they normally do: everytime one of your minions got hit you would get 1 armor for each armorsmith and everytime an acolyte of pain got hit you would draw a card. Once they all reached 1 hp the Bouncing would stop and nothing else would happen.
Doesn't work; Mistress of pains effect will trigger you heal you (or damage you under Auchenai Soulpriest), However whilst immune you cannot take damage, so Mistress of pain will trigger and resolve, doing nothing, she wont loop because her "damage" never applied.
That makes a lot of sense. Once ice block pops she won't deal damage thus her ability won't trigger.

So the best it would do is if you had someone drop Ysera or some random super buffed minion on the other side.
Yes it is great when there is only one big ass minion on your opponent's side of the board but I've seen people mess around with Bouncing Blade + Axe Flinger as well for crazy fun finisher combos.

Would a Mistress of Pain + Auchenai + Ice Block stolen from a mage trigger an infinite turn if the mage triggeres the mistress on their turn?
mistress gets 2 dmg
tries to heal you
gives you 2 dmg
iceblock triggers
turn can end?
where is it endless?

It's easier if you play Mal'Ganis, fatigue wont damage you.

Like others said, secrets don't trigger on your turn.
That said, once ice block popped, she can no longer deal damage to you and the cycle would end
