So I have enough dust to craft a Legendary right now but I'm not really sure which one should I craft. Okay, Tirion is auto-include for any kind of Paladin deck and Mal'Ganis is auto-include for Demon Warlock decks (like Demon Zoo, Demon Renolock etc.). So Tirion Fordring should be the answer. But the problem is, my favorite class is warlock and I can't play demon decks because I don't have Mal'ganis. I tried to replace Mal'ganis with Dread Infernal but it didn't work well. And the other thing is I don't play paladin too much. I don't play that cancer Secret Paladin, because I hate it. I play only Mid-range Paladin but it doesn't really work without Tirion. So, what should I do?
TL;DR: I love playing all kind of Warlock decks but I only play Mid-Range paladin. Should I craft Mal'ganis or Tirion?
Well, I think you're answering it yourself. If you "love" playing Warlock, follow your heart and get that Mal'Ganis :'D
He's a really funny card with some great synergies, and can make crazier stuff than Tirion for sure (I don't mean he's better, just more "game-changing" if opponent doesn't have an immediate answer). I prefer Mal'Ganis in decks that have other big threats so enemy doesn't BGH him, btw :)
Mal'Ganis definitely. If you prefer the mid range type Paladin, better to wait till the secret BS phase blows over. And Reno-lock decks are one of the best types to counter secret Paladin atm
Malganis is the strongest demon in the game, malganis throught voidcaller is a huge swing in demon handlock. So fun to see aggro decks dealing with voidcaller thinking there is nothing behind and wanting to go face after that and boom I AM MALGANIS AND I AM A TURTLE and then they realise they cant go face anymore and trade the rest of minions into malganis leaving him alive and then boom 9 damage to the face, free life tap and taunts to protect malganis.
Malganis on board against freeze mage is almost auto win against freeze mage, because most of the time they need to waste a fireball on him.
Also Malganis completely neglets fatique, makes Jaraxxus not take damage when attacking with weapon.
Mal'Ganis is so strong when used right. Luring him on board through a void caller is the best way for sure. But even late game, if you manage to keep some demons alive on board, he boosts them all, while giving your hero immunity. This includes using your hero power. Now you're opponent has to answer to Mal'Ganis before they can even think about going face.
I think you've probably already answered your own question, anyway....
Mal'Ganis:Well I find him underwhelming, everytime he hits the field it just gets BGHed and doesn't help at all, plus playing him for 9 mana seems awful to me....
Tirion Fordring:He's like 15 mana packed in an 8 cost minion,he's not BGH target and forces either hard removal or silence, well unless you can afford to deal with a 6/6, a divine shield and a 5/3 weapon without having half your board destroyed in the process....
I'd craft Tirion over Mal'ganis, but you love playing Warlock and really sound like someone looking forward to use the Demonlord, so probably Mal'ganis might be a better choice for you.... I guess it's a matter of preference... :)
Both are great cards. It really comes down to what class you'll be playing more of, and what kind of decks.
Tirion is for a mid-range or control deck. Usually only a couple variations of those.
For Warlock, I think there's more variety in the mid to late game decks. Personally, I'm running Malganis in a Dreadstead deck and he's great in it late game, even if I pay 9 mana for him.

Unless you are playing against a priest. Entomb is the perfect counter to Tirion.
After LOE whenever I face I Priest with Pally I refuse to drop Tirion unless they already used both Entombs.... I'd rather see Ysera get stolen by Cabal+Shrinkmaster or getting Vol'jined than losing Tirion like that.... As soon as the meta slows down I'm adding Sylvanas back into Paladin and she'll gladly get my Tirion back...
P.s. No,I wouldn't let her getting Entombed, nobody is touching my Sylvanas, she's my fav Legendary....

PS: I already have Lord Jaraxxus
My custom Expansion: Wrath of The Lich King
then go ahead and craft malganis already !?

I should craft Mal'ganis then. Thanks for your comments! I hope I get a Tirion Fordring in my next pack.

Well if it is your favorite class then craft Mal. Tirion is better overall but, Mal if playing zoo and etc.
NA is JRaze and EU is HOFF if you wish to add me.
