hi guys ace here just wondering what you guys do to get off a tilt I swear I had the biggest tilt from rank 6 back all the way to 12 now 3 days on still struggling to past 9 any tips ive tried swapping decks doing arenas playing a new game sleeping nothing working any other ideas ?
Take a long break and get your mind off the game. Enjoy your other hobbies and get out. Do something else you enjoy and try not to think about it. This is true for getting out of tilt for more than just Hearthstone.

Gotta break man, that's really the only way. Even if you start winning, you haven't really flushed away the frustration of being on tilt and if you're being honest with yourself you know you still aren't enjoying the game. Do other stuff, come back later with a fresh perspective and enjoy the game once again.
Yeah, walk away, play a different game, play a different mode, think of a crazy card to build a deck around and hit casual with it. Whatever you find fun and that will take your mind off things.
All of this doesn't apply as well when you're in a tournament or pushing for legend at the end of the season though, so in those cases, you have to be really objective. Sort the things you can control from the things you can't, look at your mistakes, use a match recorder and try replaying the game from your opponent's perspective now you know what cards he had in hand. Sometimes you'll take the right line but still lose, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do exactly the same thing next time it arises.
Work on your technical skills, mulligans, playing around cards, trading optimally and seeing alternative trading options. Probably the best way is to have someone coach you or watch streamers. Some arena is really good for working on basic skills.
Are you just playing all your cards out every turn? Sometimes the right move is to do nothing, not to attack, not to trade, not to go face.
When you're losing, do you play to your outs or do you just hope for the best? Sometimes you have to go for that top-decked fireball.
Are you playing well against specific cards? Do you know how to defuse paladin secrets? Clear Dr.Boom while hitting face with as many minions as possible? Minimizing the hit from Sylvanas? Look for cards that ruin you and ask yourself what you can do to beat them.
I've played since S1 and am still vexed by predestined losses and/or persistently inequitable RNG.
Being able to accept that "luck" determines the outcome of many games is the most difficult part of Hearthstone. Make peace with the powerlessness to affect random outcomes.
IF you find yourself unfocused or emotionally roiled then your play will most likely suffer, in which case a break is warranted. Do whatever works for you to restore balance. I find a few minutes of mindful breathing and soothing music do the trick. However if you are calmly playing your best game and are just being outdrawn or have horrific curves - that, sadly, is CasinoStone.
Clear your head in the best way possible. I'll do pushups, meditate, even play some fruit ninja on my xbone. Get the body moving, get a bit more relaxed.
Take time off from the game. I got to legend pretty consistently, but last month I was 1 star away from legend and tilted to rank 6.
Haven't played much since then because I want to come back when I am ready to crush and not be salty. That is just me though. I reckon the more time you spend with any game while you are salty will only prolong the decrease in your game performance. GOOD LUCKERINO FRAPPACINO.
I agree with BlackerPaul. If I'm having a seriously bad losing streak, I'll go beat the innkeeper on Expert Mode several times and then come back to playing people.
I think tilting is natural, but what you can do is acomodate your brain to not let it affect you, what I do is just not care about the game that much, if you think that a single gmae that you lost is going to matter in a week then you are wrong, if you accept every individual game result at it is, even wins, then you are not going to care what happened and move on to the next game. Know how to win and how to lose, there was an amazing article about this, it said something about that we expect to win everytime as if it were something natural like when you are waiting for the bus, if the bus doesn't arrave on time or doesn't arrive at all, then you are mad, but whe it does arrive you don't feel anything, because it is what you expect to happen, for some people winning feels like that, it doesn't feel good or bad, it just something you expect from yourself and/or the game, that is what I'm reffering to fixing the competitive mentality.
The obvious advice is to take a break. Sounds so simple, but you clearly want to continue playing. If so, then you have to quit stressing about rank. Just put this season down to one that got away. Finish as high as you can, and start over next month. You have nothing to lose. You've got the card back, you have a chest ... maybe not the best one, but that's about all you'll be missing.

Go crush the Innkeeper to get back in to the winning groove.

Light a bucket of kittens on fire. Fucking awesome.
Actually - drawing better cards helps. So does playing whats considered a "cancer" deck that wins. :)
I win due to skill and lose due to bad RNG. :D
