Many people (myself included, I won't lie) utilize a form of psychological deflection known as "Cognitive Dissonance" to deal with the stress of decks we lose against.
The way this works is something along the lines of "oh that guy was using X card, that's trash" or "Oh that guy was using this gimmick deck, that wouldn't stand up against other decks in the meta".
While some of the statements I use are true, it doesn't change the fact I lost a match. It just changes it so that accepting the loss is easier.
Also, the most important thing is to remember that you will never, ever ever ever ever ever win all your matches. If you start tracking your wins/losses you'll notice trends and this can make you better. If you notice that your decks are way below 40% win/loss ratio, then it might be time to change up your deck or just accept that your deck is not going to do well in this meta.
If your deck is between 40-60% win/loss ratio then just realize that's about average.
The other day i was playing freeze mage (finally crafted Alexxstraza) and I was facing down a doctor boom, and I had 4 hp and an Ice block. On his turn he attacks my sludge belcher and the bomb hits me for 4 in the face... alright no biggie I have another ice block in hand. On my turn i play my ice block and attempt to Blizzard his board, and the other boom bot ignores my 1/2 slime and hits me for 4 to kill me. Basically what you have to take from that is that sometimes something so unfair, so ridiculous happens that you just have to shrug it off and laugh, because you know that in every other situation things could have gone (and statistically should have gone) in your favor. Hearthstone can be a troll sometimes but that just comes along with the fun! :)
Every now and then it gets frustrating as all hell, and I just log off for a day or two and come back with a refreshed mindset. That's usually long enough that the micro-meta has shifted away from whatever was annoying me.
I also wonder how many people have commited sucide cuz of this game, i know i would have if i have had something sharp closeby last time i went on a 17 losses in a row. One cut and all is over, no more have to do, no more disappointments, no more anger and no more anything.

Find some way to vent. If you have the discipline you can harness the anger into something productive, like working out. If not, and you're like most people, you can find petty ways to release your frustration on anyone who you think has wronged you, even slightly. I recommend the former. If all else fails, and someone really goes out of their way to bm you and piss you off (probably to vent their own anger over whatever is making their life shitty), you can commit their name to memory and fantasize that one day you'll buy Blizzard, look up their address and go punch them in face. The image of a guy getting punched in the face by a stranger twenty years after he bmed the stranger in hearthstone always soothes my soul.

OP: Just expect the worst outcome every time you play --> The Paladin will have Challenger into Boom into Tirion or the druid will have combo on 9. This way, you aren't surprised at all when something bad happens because you already accounted for it!
