Android is such a horrorshow to develop for that you usually have to expect it to come after iOS.
Additionally app sales are always lower on Android due to iPhone/iPad people being more accustomed to spending money, but I don't know if that translates into any differences in in-app spending in F2P games.
What do we think about mobile releases in general? Not sure what you mean. I think Blizz have done a slick job on the iPad and that Hearthstone is very well suited to a tablet. I can't imagine ever playing it on a phone, though.

They announced Android and iPhone release for 2nd half of 2014 at Blizzcon, no info since then.
