What decks if you face them lets you think every second about conceding or is completly annoying you ?
Is it the face decks which will rush you down by turn 7 ? Is it Mill Rogue which burn down all of your valuable cards ?Is it a Priest who steals all of your cards ? Or is it the Reno decks which heal themselves up to full HP after nearly Smorcing them down ?
Personally i find it extremly annoying to play with a control deck against mill with perfect draws.
What are the decks you find the most annoying ? (this is not a salt thread by any means though im just curious and would like to know what kind of decks annoy you)
Mill and Freeze Mage for the most part. I don't mind control decks that actually try to do something themselves, but decks that focus on making sure nothing happens on the board until the very end of the game are tiresome.
... I don't like how they use Alex to take your health down by 15. "Life and hope" where the sun doesn't shine. She should seriously have said "Restore 15 health to a friendly character" THAT is Life and Hope. Dealing 15 damage to your opponent is more like bringing death and despair. +5 spell damage Pyroblast with a 8/8 body for 1 less mana.
Yeah. In general: Taking 15 damage from Alex makes me salty... and spells that cost 1-3 mana which still can kill 7-9 mana minions with negligible drawbacks. And giants that cost 4 or less mana.
In essence: Decks that really highlight balance problems...
Handlock: Can't take him below 15 health, or else he can get FREE 8/8 and then heal back up again AND give both 8/8s taunt. It becomes a game of "does he have molten giants and taunt-givers", and games that are decided entirely by wheter or not a player draw 1 or 2 specific cards, ENTIRELY DECIDED UPON, are simply not fun at all. It's like russian roulette. You're only glad when it's over and you've won -- but you don't feel like a victor. You feel horrible, because you know your victory was caused by a roll of the dice and not by anything you did.
Freeze Mage: Try to win early: Doomsayer + Frost Nova --> Blizzard --> Flamestrike --> Frost Nova Try to win late: Lethal blocked by Ice Block after she Alexes you for 15 damage. Once again, you just have to hope the RNG is on your side.
Control Warrior: The fact that Warriors do not even feel the need to consider running Crush is plain disgusting: They feel like they have all the removal they need, with Shield Slam, Execute, Sylvanas, Brawl and Death's Bite. And then, they get 4+ armor per turn. Try to win early --> Minions eaten by weapons or Brawl, and the damage completely mitigated by armor from Shieldmaiden and Shield Block, which are also used to kill your 9 cost 12 health minions for 1 mana. And he doesn't even consider executing anything before you play your endgame threats. And he can kill 4++ endgame threats with Shield Slam, Execute and Brawl. And once again, you just have to hope he doesn't have the cheap answers to your threats.
This is talking as a Midrange Dragon Druid and Control Priest player -- playing both since release, NOT playing aggro.
This new Murloc Paladin annoys me to no end. It plays like aggro and midrange all wrapped into one with an OTK or two thrown in for good measure. Hate. It.
Glad to see midrange/combo druid isn't on here since I play it. I personally am a secret pally hater, but you can kinda play around the secrets, its just hard. It's still better though than way back when facehunter and aggro druid dominated the meta
Honestly the only deck that really bothers me is tempo mage. I could say face decks annoy me, but I really don't care too much if I loose to one, I'm just mildly annoyed some tryhard ranked up one or two. Tempo mage however, is just the prefect example of an overaggressive meta, which I really hate
combo decks with insane draw power. be it, patron, worgen warrior, freeze mage or some warlock dragon/leeroy crap. hate to play an entire game only to lose to a combo at the end that he is 90% likely to have because of his draws. arcane +faceless +POW. Nothing like just sitting turn after turn waiting for him to get his combo. at least with the anyfin combo you can see the combo taking form. You can see which murlocs he has played and his draw isn't 100% certain to draw both anyfin cards at the end. You can interact with the plays. the others is just sit and wait and try to burst them down. wwho knows if they drew into the combo if its loaded and ready to fire. Sure you know when the freeze mage plays Alex or emperor most of the combo is there but you can't tell.
I think it was the combo decks that spawned face decks. the need to burst the combo decks down before they could draw their god cards gave birth to face decks IMO.
It's boring to play through ranked right now as it seems like all I fight are Secret Paladins and Face Shamans. Whether I win or not, it's just not that fun to fight the same thing over and over.
I can't pick one without Secret Paladin or Face Shamans. I hate this meta and this game so much because of those decks. I've played against everything from alpha whether it is pre nerf blood imp to old unleash the hounds to undertaker and I hate this meta more than all of the previous. Totem Golem and Tunnel Trogg are so obnoxious and Mysterious Challenger is just insanely strong behind or ahead. Just not fun at all to play against.

Mill decks, secret paladins, and control warriors. I just don't find think it's fun to play against these 3 decks.

Control / Fatigue Warrior and Freeze Mage.

I found it annoying to play against control priests. They are too sneaky. Also I don't like fatigue decks because their win condition is boring.
English is not my native language, so, with a high probability, mistakes were made.

Face Hunter, Control Warrior, Secret Paladin, Mech Mage -- In no particular order.
Glad to see midrange/combo druid isn't on here since I play it. I personally am a secret pally hater, but you can kinda play around the secrets, its just hard. It's still better though than way back when facehunter and aggro druid dominated the meta
How many people here actually play against more than one deck? Secret Paladin is so obnoxious.
Any priest deck.

Teeq 1 , Team Liquid 0
Freeze Mage for sure.
If I see a Shaman drop Sir Finley Mrrgglton on turn 1 and get Steady Shot, I concede. Even a turn 1 Secretkeeper doesn't draw that much salt out of me.
Any try hard Cuntrol deck.
